Why do you want to adopt?
I adore this ratlet, and its designs. I've actually been staking this thread for quite some time now, and have made some weak attempts at adopting a rat, but now I will try again. Its such a cute little thing, and there is so much detail put into it. I wish I was able to make things like that, but I have zero creative skills. I've also always wanted a cute little rat in real life, but I have been unable to get one so far, so why not try to get one on here? I also adore the lines you've created, and I have colored in a few of your editables in hopes that they would come out somewhat like the rats and ratlets you and your staff have created, but I'm still working on figuring Oekaki out.
Rat Name:
Webbling, his little webbed feet led me to this name, I will definitely end up calling him all sorts of different things though like a few have already come to mind; Webbs, Webber, Webble, Webby, Boo, Bubba, and all kinds of things like that.
Personality:
Webbs is very shy. He doesn't not like people, but he doesn't run up to meet them either. He takes some time to get to know the person, and figure out whether he does like them or not. Webbs is more or less the same with other rats, and he may seem like sort of a wimp, but he can hold his own pretty well. He never fights though, just signals if he is angry, so if the other rat attacks, he will become submissive. Oddly enough, his favorite place to be is in the water, he loves taking baths, and sometimes even swimming around in the sink. His favorite foods are; watermelon, Swiss cheese, carrots, and honey roasted peanuts, he eats lots of other things to, but these are what he prefers. He doesn't dislike much, but he has an odd fear of stuffed animals in the shape of deer, and silver buttons; when he was smaller a child threw a silver button at him, he doesn't mind any other colored buttons, just silver. He absolutely hates small dogs, but loves the huge ones. He likes to ride around on my german shepherd's back. Although he is shy he can be quite adventurous and curious, about everything, he gets lost everywhere he goes as he is probably the most easily distracted creature to walk the earth. He always has his nose in something he shouldn't, for example, one time he got stuck in a cotton candy machine because thought it smelled like peanuts. He's also gotten stuck in bubblegum, and many other unidentified substances...
Quirks:
Webblers is an odd little guy, and really enjoys staring at my goldfish through the glass for hours on end, and he also occupies himself by making it his sole duty in life to annoy the bird he lives near; sometimes it's by nonstop making clanging noises using his cage and a piece of his food, other times it's by making squeaks that somewhat resemble a bird call. So, his biggest quirk is he loves Halloween; actually he likes Halloween candy, the tootsie rolls being his favorite, and he hoards them in his cage, so throughout the year he is able to eat them.
What do you plan on doing with your rat?
I sort of based his character off of one of my friends, so I'll probably color in some art of him, and buy some other art of him too. I may eventually join a roleplay, but I am extremely busy right now with sports and school, so probably not super soon. I will eventually find him some other rat friends, and hoard art of them together, as I always think it's cute when you see the pictures of the two characters together. Once he's grown up I also plan on breeding him, he would have such cute little babies!
If you feel you can no longer care for your Rat, will you return it here to find a new home?
Absolutely, and if you feel I am neglecting the rat, you can PM me asking for it back, and I will return him. I would like to be able to help out in any way when rehoming him though. Hopefully that will never happen.
