Story: Rosalie stalked the little bird scurrying around in the dirt. She heard a noise and bolted out of instinct. It was only a kookaburra in the gum tree. Rosalie was from Australia and her orange pelt had turned slightly red from living in such harsh conditions for the years of her life before she had been adopted by Alissia, her current owner. She now has a soft life, not needing to do anything for herself. But that all changed a few days ago when her kits were born.

Rosalie had known she was expecting for quite some time. The father had brown colouring but slightly more gingery. Once her kits were born, 2 all red, 1 all orange and 3 with a mix of both, she knew they'd be taken away from her so she set out to find a new life. They first lived in an old tree, long dead until some people in machines came to clear it. Then they lived in an alleyway but she feared for the safety of her kits because a red kit named Tabitha had been mauled by a dog. She last thought of returning to her first home, the outback. She and her kits were safe their and grew to have more kits with strange colours and thus, the new breed Australian Outback cats were born
