Why do you want to adopt?
I absolutely love her, her earthy, natural colors, her blue eyes, her design, everything about her is perfect. I kind of wanted my last ratlet to be male, but when I saw her I couldn't resist her cuteness. I can't believe no one has tried for her yet (I don't think XD)
She has my favorite shades of brown all rolled into one, and then her beautiful blue eyes and her creamy white markings, how could I not fall in love with her? When I first saw her, my first thought was "I must try for her!" And so I filled out the form for her. All of the ratlets this round are adorable, but I really fell in love with this girl. If I won her, I would be so happy I would have a heart attack of joy. I just can't stop gazing at her, and I will put lots of effort into my form, since I hope to be considered as this girl's new owner. I feel kind of bad because I haven't been giving Pacana much attention on the internet, but I can assure you in real life is filled with sketches of the two. I would love (and already do) Clover along with Pacana and Memoria to pieces. I love that little creamy white spot on her forehead, and everything about her, but that marking is probably my favorite. Those little paws, that adorable tail and ears, I just want to huggle her. Thank you for the chance at getting this lovely girl <3
Rat Name:
Clover.
I have always liked the name Clover, yet have never named a character it. I'm not really sure why I gave this ratlet the name Clover, I just thought it fit her. Maybe it was her earthy colors that made me think of plants, and plants made me think of the name Clover.
Personality:
Shy.
Clover is quite shy, and even was shy towards Pacana and Memoria at first, but soon warmed up to them. When she meets new rats, she tends to either hide or nervously fiddle with her tail with her paws, or, if she's wearing one, the dried Clover flower behind her ear.
Caring.
Clover is a very caring rat. Even though she is shy, she would gladly help another rat get up if they had fallen down, or got an injured paw or something like that. She loves to help her owner do stuff, such as typing on the computer by walking across the keyboard. She is defiantly a very caring, rat, who loves and is always wiling to help others.
Scared of thunder,
Clover is scared of thunder, and so during a storm she often snuggles with her owner or in Memoria's or Pacana's cage. Even though she is scared of thunder, she love how it smells after it rains.
Loves finches.
Clover's favorite type of bird is finches. She just loves them, and enjoys watching them feed from her owners bird feeder that's right outside the window. She also loves their small, soft feathers.
Energetic.
Clover is a very energetic rat who often scampers all through the house just for the fun of it, and loves to play tag with Memoria and Pacana, and a game they all love where you have to jump from the couch to the chair and so on without touching the floor.
Excitable.
Unlike Memoria, who is quite calm, Clover is an excitable rat who can never sit still for long. She gets excited when her owner buys a big bag of cherries, or when her owner gives her a new finch feather she found outside.
Silly.
Clover is a very silly rat of loves to goof off with Memoria and Pacana. She loves to play silly games with them and tell jokes, and loves to make Memoria and Pacana laugh.
Loves spring.
Clover's favorite season is spring, when birds wake her up in the morning, tulips and other spring flowers are in bloom, and bees buzz from plant to plant. It is safe to say that she loves spring and that it is her favorite season.
Likes to chase fireflies.
During summer evenings when her owner sometimes takes her and Memoria and Pacana outside, Clover loves to chase the fireflies that fly around. she has only ever caught one once or twice, but still loves to chase them.
Tends to tear up pages from books.
Ever open a book and find a page missing? It's safe to say that Clover probably tore it up to use in her bedding. Clover often gets into a book or magazine and tears out a page or two, and then tears it up to use in her bedding.
Quirks:
When she sleeps, Clover sometimes hangs upside down by her tail. It helps her sleep when she can't fall asleep, and her and Memoria and Pacana's owner even put a stick in her cage that she could wrap her tail around. Even when she's not sleeping, she still hangs upside by her tail sometimes. Sometimes, though, she sleeps nestled in her bedding, especially in wintertime when even inside the house it's a little cooler then usual.
Clover hoards feathers and shiny things. She has many feathers, including a lovebird feather from a escaped love bird that had been hanging around her owner's house. She once even took a shiny Christmas ornament and hid it in her cage while her owner was decorating the Christmas tree one winter day, though she mostly collects smaller items.
Clover loves clover. She sometimes even puts a dried clover flower behind her ear, and love the smell of the small, very pretty pink and white flowers. She keeps many dried Clover leaves and flowers in her cage, and she hopes to someday find a four leaf clover.
Clover loves cherries. How they taste, look, and even just smell. Her owner has to always keep them around for both her and Pacana, since Pacana loves cherries, too. She just loves to take a bite out of a nice, fresh, delicious cherry.
What do you plan on doing with your rat?
I would, of course, love her forever. I would display her proudly in my signature every now and then, get and do lots of art of her, possibly RP her if I find the time, add her to my Chitter Squeek Rattery rats thread, touch up her personality and quirks every now and then and write little stories about her from time to time, huggle her through the internet, and, as I said before, love her to pieces. She is so beautiful, I would absolutely love to be her new owner. I don't have much time to finish my form, but I will try my best to make at as good as I can so I will hopefully be considered as this ratlets new owner. I plan on doing basically everything with her.
If you feel you can no longer care for your Rat, will you return it here to find a new home?
Yes
Story:
Clover yawned and grabbed onto the branch she in her cage that her tail was wrapped around. She climbed down from the branch looked around her cage. She saw some cherries. and ate them hungrily. Then she looked over at Memoria's cage and the at Pacana's cage. Pacana was still sleeping, but Memoria was nibbling on a piece of gingersnap. "Morning, Clover!" Memoria said.
"Good morning, Memoria!" Clover said back. Just then, Pacana woke up at the sound of Clover's, her's, and Memoria's owner opening their cage doors. "Good morning everyone!" She said, hopping out of her cage. Clover happily climbed out of her cage. It was a warm, sunny day outside, so Clover's, Memoria's, and Pacana's owner took them outside.
Once outside, Clover immediately went over to the bird feeder to see if there were any feathers. Unfortunately, there wasn't, and so Clover went to join Memoria and Pacana who were playing among a patch of taller grass mixed with clover plants. Clover chewed off a clover flower and stuck it behind he ear before they began to play tag.
Clover was about to tag Memoria when she heard a screech and looked up. A red tailed hawk was circling above, and was about to dive down at the two rats when Clover's, Pacana's, and Memoria's owner came over and scared away the hawk. Then she took the rats inside.
Once inside, Clover suggested they play the game where they leap from chair to chair without touching the floor. They played that the rest of the day, and then when night arrived and Clover, Memoria, and Pacana were in their cages, Clover hung upside by her tail, which was wrapped and the branch, and thought about what a good day it was. Then she smiled and fell asleep.
