Seventeen, almost eighteen.
History:
Jessica was born in theft part of California, where everybody would steal something from somebody, maybe even kill a person. When Jessica was about two, her father abandoned her mother and her, never to be seen again. Or maybe he was kidnapped, no one knows. When she was about four years old, her mother met a new man, married him, and a year later, they had her little sister, named Hope. Jessica was happy having a younger sibling, she felt like she could protect her from anything that tried to hurt Hope. Even if they had to take her life, she would do that for Hope. After a year, Hope's father, who was Jessica's step dad, died of cancer. So, her mother just dated around, and didn't want to be in a serious relationship anymore. When Jessica was eight, her mother thought she was old enough to walk on the streets, so she sent her to get some groceries for her. What surprised Jessica the most was that her mother wanted her to take Hope, too. So Jessica gathered the young Hope in her arms, and put her in a stroller. She went to the store, and nothing happened. She was returning home, when BAM! Someone had hit her in the head with one of their fists, almost knocking Jessica out. She fell to her knees, as she heard the wailing of Hope. She then got up quickly,picked up the stroller, and hit the man in the head with it. He released the crying Hope that hit the ground, and tried to hurry up and gather her sister in the stroller. The man got up with a growl, as Jessica was trying to run with Hope in the stroller. He ran after them, as Jessica tried to run faster, but he soon caught up to them. Jessica was fighting with a man, and soon he broke her arm, and tears ran down her face as she tried to look fearless of the man, and then she beat him to the ground after a few minutes. She gripped the stroller with one hand, and raced back home to tell her mother what happened, as Hope sat on the couch beside her. "Da man was beatin' down sissy!" she wailed, her arms flailing in the air. So, their mother took Jessica to the hospital, and they had to amputate her arm, and gave her a robotic arm, that is her right arm now. After a year, the family moved to a better part of California, and when Jessica was eleven, and her sister was seven, they both got their ears pierced, Hope cried, Jessica didn't. She'd been through more pain than that before. Jessica wondered if she still remember the mugger that broke her arm. She didn't ask, though. When she was fifteen, and her sister was eleven, they both got pocket knives in case someone threatened them again. Now, at the age of seventeen, and her sister thirteen, she is still kinda scared to go on the streets without a friend, or two. She also babysits on Friday, Saturadays, and maybe Sundays, because that's usually when parents go out and spend time with each other. If she's not babysitting on Sundays, she goes to her local Church, and helps out there with her sister. She is still in school, and is almost gratuated, and VERY happy about that. When she is out of school, she hope to be a photographer for magazines, and meet famous people. She especially wants to meet My Chemical Romance, and Katy Perrry.
Personality:
Thought Jessica has been through a lot, she is a very kind person, and wouldn't hurt anybody. Except if they threaten her sister, or her. She loves to talk, and isn't shy to talk to new people in school, and isn't nervous around guys. Her friends are, though. She isn't the dating type, either. She thinks as guys as friends, but then again she doesn't trust a man, and probably never will. She loves litttle kida, and likes to babysit when she has time. Since her little sister is now thirteeen, she doesn't need a babysitter. She is most happy either playing games on her X-Box, Wii, or Gamecube, being with her sister, babysitting, or taking photos. That's her favorite, taking photos. In her free times, and when she is alone, or with Hope, she loves to sing. Jessica really likes to sing with her sister, since she says it sounds better with the both of their voices. If she ever did have a crush, her personality would change in a few seconds. She would try to impress him, and try to hide her 'imperfection'. Her robotic arm, that is. Usually they would turn around and walk away if they seen her right arm, being creeped out by it. Her guy friends, though, they really like seeing it, they think it's cool. Also, she can throw the football really high with it. She becomes sad if someone doesn't like her because of her arm, and she sometimes cries when she gets home, because a lot of people decline her to be her friend, or her boyfriend. She tried five boys to see if they would like to date her, each said no. She tried to be some girls friends, they ddeclined her too. Sometimes she wishes that she never had the robotic arm, but I think it looks great on her! It's not an imperfection, it's a perfection!
