-=|{ Should I be Afraid? }|=- No! While Angelfish are shepherds of the dead, so long as you don't breath through a pair of gills you should be fine! Angelfish help lost fishy souls to the Big Blue in the Sky. But that doesn't mean they don't need love and care! They like a nice cozy home just like any other theoretical sky-ocean dweller. Just don't be concerned when your Angelfish disappears for a while, as it's probably just off guiding another fish to the light.
Warning: Best kept out of view of other Underwater pets, as they cause nervousness. We are not responsible for loss of life if you decide to actually place your Angelfish in a tank with other more mortal-ish fish. For more info on Angelfish, Please See the Main Thread .
And the new owner is ♥мўaє♥! Congrats!

Have you filled out the General Adoption Request form on the main thread yet?: Yup! :3
Name your Angelfish: Tropicalia
Angelfish Gender: Female
Personality: She is a huge prankster! Don't trust her to fully guide you to the light, she may leave you stranded half-way and not come back for you! Other Angelfish have to drag two fish up and not one if they see those poor lost souls!
Art/Story (optional): Tropicalia swam along. She was guiding a Goldfish to the light after he had been
flushed down a toilet after coming ill and dieing. She suddenly pretended to die herself. The Goldfish freaked out. It would be stuck forever half-way up! Suddenly the fish bolted to life and swam back down laughing, without the poor Goldfish! Good thing another Angelfish passed by or he would of been stuck, forever!

Thankies :3
All of my fish are dead now though. :'c
So sad. Poor pond koi. Now we're getting guppies (hopefully). I really miss the last one, though. He was my favorite. Tiger the 5th. (I loved the name Tiger when I was young for an orange and black fishie) I put my laptop by his tank displaying this picture within a few hours of when he died. Random story you dun have to read about his death:
I walked upstairs to see him upside-down on the pebbles in his tank. I thought he was dead. I started screaming for my dad, and I saw the poor little guy gasping for breath. (Underwater, I dun know what to call it... Water? Oxygen in the water?) My dad rushed up and held him in the water with his hand, swimming him gently around. He tilted slightly down, and a pebble fell out of his mouth. We held him like that some more. Two more fell out. No more. But he was still gasping. It was already seven and we hadn't eaten dinner. My dad was getting a migraine. So, we had to stop. I showed him this picture and walked downstairs sadly to eat. When I went back upstairs, he was stiff and just laying there. He wasn't breathing. He was dead. I screamed again for everyone to come up. It was so sad. We put him in a bucket and buried him (after dark). Now the cemetery in our garden has, like, twenty fish, a mouse, a bird, and a leopard gecko's tail. Yay.
