What is a Hook-Beak Gryphon?

A Hook-Beaked Gryphon is a relatively small cousin of the gryphons that we all know. They are basically miniature forms of them, the only difference being the small hook on their beaks. The Hook-Beaks can also have different types of bird heads like hawks, ravens, even flamingos and humming birds. The rarest would be a toucan. They are companion animals and enjoy being around people. To claim one as your partner, you must travel to the island of Borneo which is where they call their home. Climbing up to the mountain peak where they are found is extremely difficult, but completely worth it in the end. They are found on other parts of the mountain as well, it depends on what type of Hook-Beaked Gryphon you are trying to find. They tend to eat small fish found in the streams on the mountain, small birds, berries, edible plants, and basically anything. They are omnivorous. Hook-Beaked Gryphons live in small flocks, similar to birds. Their coats are primarily natural colors. Unnatural colors and markings are really uncommon.

I was hiking with some friends nearby a lake. The mountains was a few km away, but you could still see them from our tents. The sun were shining trough the fog and I yawned. It was still five in the morning, and the sun was yet to rise. Today was our last day in the forest, and today was the day we would climb the mountains, it wasn't difficult though, they weren't that tall. When we was on the top, we found a nest. The eggs were a lot bigger than a ordinary birds, but they were still eggs. Then, we heard a painful screech. A hooked beak gryphon crashed near us, and we ran to the creature who was hardly damaged. It looked at me, then at the nest. And after that, she closed her eyes and began the trip to heaven. We all cried, but we knew what we had to do. There was four eggs. And the others let me pick first, I don't know why. But I picked a sand-colored egg with lighter spots and some darker stripes.
After a few weeks, the egg hatched. And it was Toffee, my first and only hooked beak gryphon. First she seemed to be.....(Your turn(if I win her x3))
