Why do you want to adopt

Well this beautiful ratlet will be the last ratlet I can adopt. Any other ratlet will have to be adopted from contests or gotten from breeding but I do not mind this one bit. If I were able to adopt my last ratlet it would have to be now because I fell in love with him the moment I saw him, I love cats so much mostly tabbies and the fact he has golden eyes which is my favorite eye color is such a big bonus! This ratlet seems like a match made in heaven for me <3. If people haven't noticed by now I'm a big cat person to the point where all my friends now call me a 'cat lady' and claim I will live with hundreds of cats, this I would have done if it wasn't against the law and if I was rich enough to have room for them as well as being able to care for them all. Anyway I even picked my cats over my last boyfriends, thats how much I love my cats and all my pets. This ratlet is like too of my favorite animals put in one, which is why I'm going to do my best in winning him.

Rat Name

Sebastien (I picked this name after the very first tabby cat I befriended, he reminds me very much of this rat though his coat was a bit more brownish then black but one day he vanished and it has been months since the last I saw him...I hope to name this ratlet in memory of my former cat.)

Personality (Likes, dislikes, how they react to people, other rats, etc.)

-Since I got Sebastien I noticed how he has a strange behavior towards strangers, whenever I had a guest over he would mad dive under my bed or the tables, just somewhere to hide. If my guests decided to go near him just to say hi or to pet him he would hiss out then run away again! I guess he just don't trust people very much yet which I don't mind because I plan to help him get over that fear.
-He do enjoy being around other rats though, when ever he is with my rat Murphy or Raven he would have fun playing games or just helping out though he normally rather sleep then help out. But when he is with Dormy he tends to go quiet and watch her with curiosity whenever Dormy works on one of her inventions. Sebastien really enjoys chasing Dormys windup robot rat when ever Dormy's not looking.
-Sebastien also seems to love the toy cars that I have around, he likes to climb into them and have me drive the remote control cars around but when he wants me to stop he would squeak out.
-The weirdest thing would be his diet. He eats grains, fruits, and all his veggies just like his rattie friends but I came to notice he mostly eats cooked meat a lot more. Whenever I make roast chicken or any other kind of meat I would find him rubbing along my legs, he would then jump and cling onto my legs to beg for some. He would also purr loudly whenever hes asking me for meat or wanting my attention. So now I balance out his meals since he became extremely picky with what he wants to eat.
-Sebastien recently disliked eating corn and carrots, mostly cooked ones. He used to love them but now he seems to leave them untouched.
-He really enjoys junk food, he would get into my chip packets or bags of popcorn and eat out half the bag. He loves kettle corn and chocolate, every time I bring home chocolate he somehow knows and then he would go after it which is why I now bring extra so I can have my chocolate to myself while he eats his share.

Quirks (Little things like "Enjoys sleeping on her back", "Loves hoarding candy wrappers", etc.)


Well since Sebastien is partly cat that means just like a cat he marks his territory often. He would chase out any intruder or unwanted guest if they cross into his territory and just like a cat he uses his small pointy nails to claw at them or just have fun clawing my curtains and couch which I hope he will grow out of before I lose all my furniture. Strangely enough his golden eyes give a green glow at night and half the time I find him hanging around my kitchen at night. Then during sunny days he would lay out in a sunny patch on my carpet just for a nap, he also enjoys napping on me when I'm sleeping or siting to watch tv or when I'm on the computer. He also attempts sleeping on my computer which I find to be the cutest thing ever! And as we all know, he goes bonkers over laser-pointers, chasing the red light around the house as if his life depended on it. Sebastien is one unique ratlet.

What do you plan on doing with your rat (Roleplay, Make art of, Hoard art of, etc.)

Well I started planning this roleplay with me and two of my friends who have wonderful ratlets from here, I wanted to have Sebastien join in and since he is the last ratlet I will be able to adopt he will be loved to bits! Then again I love all my ratties to bits, I also think he would really get along with one of my new mouse character who I based off this mouse game (Transformice, you guys should really look this up cause its very fun!). I also find him to be extremely fun to draw, I've always loved simple designs with natural colors. Also I get to draw him as a cat which is a bonus! <3

If I can't then I will but I know I will never abandon him cause I love him. <3
