This is a common Rune with no theme that can be found in large cities. They love to fly around lamp posts and other sources of light. They are predominantly found fluttering about at twilight. She hums and echoes as she flies, giving off a soft blue glow that flickers on and off. Her personality is quiet, watchful and intelligent; sometimes bordering on cruel at times. Very protective and calculating in her actions. She is a no nonsense kind of Runie.
