Hhmm maybe they got on photobucket and flipped it but I may be wrong but thats all I can think of :3

I saved it and flipped it in MS Paint, then uploaded it to http://www.iaza.com, made it transparent, then uploaded it to tinypic and posted it here. iaza doesnt keep it in their system for long so you have to put it on tinypic.

and sorry about the gender derp, I've got company over and wasn't paying much attention, lol.
