The little creature tries to escape it's protective prison, but to no avail, it pecks and claws and longs to escape. At last, an older creature comes and assists with the breaking. Oh dear, the little Mauoo soon makes it's way out of the egg, but it appears to have a genetic defect. The poor thing can barely walk, and it's too young, yet to endure a Cyberfication... it must remain in the factory until it's leg can be fixed..

Edit: The chick has grown to an adolescent, the bone has started growing from it's forehead. as it grew, the leg became increasingly more twisted, we had to proceed with the amputation. We have also provided a sketch of the cyberlimb it will receive.

Edit 2: The Mauoo has recieved it's cyber limb and has grown into an adult, he has been returned to his habitat where he rushed for a final good-bye to his parents before scampering off on his own. Apparently, through that time of separation, they did not forget each other. The Mauoo has quickly gotten used to it's new leg ans was soon rushing back and forth in the lab for exercise. These birds would make excellent racers, we thought. he's grown into a strong male at a towering 7'2" and weighs 120.68 lbs. plus the cyberlimb

In might concider taking this one under my care.
Poor thing needs someone that's able of taking care of it's future legs(upport system).

Agreed, After it's grown, hopefully it'll be more able for adoption. It's parents are a little protective, so getting the poor thing away will be a tad of a challenge.

Untill then it should have a name, we can't call it "poor thing" forever...

Aw,what a sad thing for it's leg to be like that....I will be sure to try to adopt it if it is ever healed. c:

Davron. How about Davron? I think it would be unfair to put his gorgeousness up for adoption. You could auction him or keep him as one of the facilitey's original residents.

I think that may work, but we don't know what Gender it is yet.
It will be up for adoption once its leg is mended.

Yay! I'm glad this young one's leg will be healed. I've bookmarked him and have been keeping up on his/her progress! :3 It's a really gorgoues one. Can't wait till it gets better! I'll try for it.
