~ Name you will give flent ~ : Aurora Flame
~ History ~ : {Not too long, though.} Aurora Flame was born just as a shooting star flew across the sky. His mother knew he would be a special one, so she treated him like royalty. Giving him the best of the best, and teaching him to fight and survive like a warrior. This came in handy one day when His mother was attacked by humans, who wanted her precious fur. Biting and snapping at the humans, he told his mother to run. She turned to run, but saw the other human run behind Aurora Flame. She changed the human and threw herself onto him. The human stabbed her with his knife, and she whined in pain. Aurora Flame jumped away from the human and grabbed his mother by the scruff, and half flew/half ran into the forest. Once they were safe within the forest, he set his mother down and begged her to stay with him. But alas, she died in his paws. Furry burned deep inside him, and despite him being weak flew back out to the humans and attacked them. Fatally injuring them both, he revenged the death of his mother.
~ Personality ~ : {At least two lines please.} Dark, reserved, unfriendly. Any humans in sight he will attack. Still mourning his mother's death, he creeps through the forest at night, crying out in sorrow.
~ Art ~ : {Optional. It may help if you do do art though.} Not now, but later. You are right, this will be very hard to duplicate. But i will do my best.
~ Reason for Applying ~ : Like in all the other forms, i really like the species and this design is just amazing. I also plan to right stories of their lives.

~ History ~ : This little Flent fell to the earth on Midsummer Night. Some say that he has strange and magical powers because of it. I'm not so sure. Anyway, he now lives in my house and eats all my cookies. Big deal.
~ Personality ~ : Despite his beautiful, serene look, this Flent is very lazy. He flops around and eats cookies. He chews my clothes. He sleeps. He eats more cookies. In fact, the only active thing this Flent does is fall down the stairs or off the roof once in a while. I can see why he fell out of the sky. The angels pushed him.
~ Art ~ : WIP>
~ Reason for Applying ~ : Cause he's so gorgeous. I also enjoyed giving him a personality that completely opposes his looks. I like his tail and eye markings.

~ Username ~ Running in the Rain
~ Name you will give flent ~ : Ahanu
~ History ~ : {Not too long, though.} As a fawn, Ahanu's mother was taken by humans. She was put in a cage but he wasn't noticed by the humans because he was so small and so had a chance to escape, but he had just started to walk a few days ago and didn't want to leave without his mother, so he slipped through the bars of the cage to her and was captured as well. They were taken to a facility to be sold to fur traders, but one night a small human came in secretly and unlocked all of the cages and set all the flent free. The other humans noticed at the last minute and tried to shoot at the escaping flent. His mother was terribly wounded, but they just managed to make it out alive. Ahanu had to learn to hunt on his own when he had only just learned to walk in order to feed himself and his mother. He stayed with her until the age of 14 to support her, but she passed away and he lived on his own from then on. He is very friendly with the other creatures in the forest as he secretly craves company. He eats mostly plants and the occasional antagonistic critter.
~ Personality ~ : {At least two lines please.} Ahanu, true to his name (an Algonquin name meaning "he laughs") loves to laugh. He always knows what's right and is good at making treaties as he can negotiate well and slip in a laugh here and there to lighten the mood. He doesn't, however, like to laugh at others, especially behind their backs.
~ Art ~ : {Optional. It may help if you do do art though.} I will draw something, but I won't be able to upload it for a bit, so I may attempt some digital art... It's those stripes that're the killer -.- Unreplicatable!
~ Reason for Applying ~ : Oh. My. Gorsh. He. Is. Gorgeous. Like, seriously. GORGEOUS. I love him. <3<3<3! He is amazing! I've been looking for some characters to adopt because I need new things to doodle, but he is more than that. Those laughing eyes... This is one of those designs where you don't even have to think, everything is just there. You can read the character like a book. Everything just falls into place, ya know?

Deimos (Greek word for "terror"; also one of Mar's moons)
~ History ~ :
From the beginning, Deimos was one unlucky flent. His mother, a young flent at the age of eleven, had been absolutely terrified of what she saw when Deimos was born, which earned him the name "Deimos". The young, new mother had no idea what to think of the fawn. He didn't look like the male that she had mated with, nor did he look anything like her. There was no chance of the markings that he received from her side of the family, so how had he inherited these strange markings? Maybe from his father's side of the family? Fearing what this fawn could turn out to be, the young mother abandoned Deimos, leaving him alone in the world as a young fawn.
Luckily, for Deimos, help was just around the corner from an infertile, older female flent that had miscarried her first fawn. Immediately the female raised Deimos as her own, not even caring about the fawn's strange appearance. She swiftly took him into a nearby, dense forest, where he could be raised alone and away from other flent. He was there taught how to walk, how to hunt, and how to survive the life of a flent. Deimos didn't meet many other fawns, as the female that he had learned to call "mother" wasn't so trusting of other flents after the miscarriage that she had. Most flents blame the reason that he's so skittish and awkward around other flents on his adoptive mother's paranoid nature.
At the age of nine, like most flents, Deimos left his adoptive mother, who went nearly berserk from him leaving her. He wasn't used to being out in the world, all alone with no one to guide him. Deimos' pacifistic lifestyle made it difficult for him to find his own territory, as he didn't want to offend any of the other flents by going in and saying "Hey, I want your territory." That just wasn't him, so he made a living by wondering from territory to territory, meeting other flents as his life continued on. And to this day, he does just that; wondering from territory to territory, meeting other flents as.
~ Personality ~ :
Friendly:
There is no lying that Deimos is a very friendly and outgoing flent. He absolutely loves meeting new flents, especially those who have interesting stories to tell. Traveling from territory to territory has helped his strong urge to meet and socialize with other flents. He often wonders how his adoptive mother could have been such an anti-social and introverted flent that couldn't stand the sight of others.
Awkward:
Ah yes, there is one problem that Deimos faces; he's awkward. Very awkward. Due to his adoptive mother's overly protective and paranoid nature, Deimos never had a chance to be social with the other fawns in the area, which caused him to be awkward later on in life. The biggest problem with Deimos' awkwardness is his habit of stuttering when he's meeting new flents, especially female flents, and it's quite a pain to understand him when he has to speak out loud.
Another flaw that comes from Deimos' awkwardness is his habit of being blunt to the point that it makes him sound rude. Deimos honestly doesn't know when to lie and when to tell the truth, as he doesn't take into thought how sensitive the flent is. He has made some egocentric flents made at him in the past, but he never means to sound rude or anything! He's just telling what he thinks to the flent.
Pacifistic Lifestyle:
Yes, most flents don't fight very often, but Deimos is one that takes this to the extreme. Deimos' pacifistic lifestyle has lead him to being a strict vegetarian, not even thinking about eating any form of meat. He's horribly passive, too, often being easily persuaded by other flents. Lacking the dominance traits, Deimos hasn't established his own territory due to the fact that it might anger some other flents.

If I had a lick of artistic ability, I would happily draw a picture of this magnificent flent. Sadly, I can't draw to save my life.
~ Reason for Applying ~ :
The colour combination is what first caught my eye, as I always have been a sucker for colour combinations of green, white, and dark brown shades. Hiss colours are well balanced--not too much green, and not too much brown. I've always enjoyed simple, natural earth tones too, since they aren't too harsh on the eyes. I love the markings on the flent, also, because they aren't too distracting and add on to the endless possibilities of this character's personality and background.
