Why do you want to adopt?:
I just... I can't stop staring. The colors, the simple design... I look at him, and I think of the Sunback. I do. And I love this ratlet already. And his quirk is too much, because I enjoy blue, just like he does. Not to mention Cocoa could use a friend :3

Oliver
For some reason, he just looks like an Oliver to me.
Personality:
Oliver is fun, and seems to live in his own little world at times. He is a carefree daydreamer, and typically doesn't listen when others are saying something to him. Not that he does it on purpose. He is very friendly, and is agreeable to most things. He is laid back, perhaps a little too much, and won't fight unless he absolutely has to. Even then Oliver is reluctant.
He is a lover, a peacemaker, and a friend to all. Though he can be rather gullible, Oliver does have the smarts to think a problem through, and can get out of trouble with ease.
He is usually shy and quiet, but once you've gotten around that, he is bright, eager, and ready for whatever life throws at him. He likes to look on the bright side of things, and is always hopeful on the outside, even if inside he may not be so confident. He tries to keep everyone around him going, and honestly does a pretty good job of it.
Quirks:
He has an on-and-off tendency to hoard candy wrappers. Not just any candy wrappers, though. He always goes right for the York mint patty wrappers. He loves how shiny they are, and the minty scent they have. He always checks to see if anyone has left him a taste of the patty, of course.
Oliver also has a habit of listening to the radio, or even watching when people flip through music videos on YouTube. When he hears a song that he really, really likes, he will hum the melody the rest of the day - he will sing the lyrics, too, whether he remembers them or not.
Oliver is a bookworm - er, rat - and is content to sit and read when the opportunity shows itself. He has read every book he has found, and will always go back to his favorites to read them again. He is passionate about his stories, most of which give him his daydreams.
What do you plan on doing with your rat?:
I will definitely roleplay him. He will be Cocoa's best friend. I will order art of him, and make what I can. He will hold a special place in my character thread.

Yes, of course! But I'm sure that won't happen anytime soon :3
