well this type of Kitkin is called an Orb Kitkin, so it's a different type of Kitkin! Like Cloud is going to have another type of Kitkin with just little horns.

And i think it is right for Cloud to make it a rare. I love the chinese dragon/eastern dragon. It looks really like a traditional dragon!!!
