Then, create a form, make it look awesome, and wait.
The winner will be chosen from the first 8 applicants. Usually within a week or two of the creation of the Dwagon, if it isnt adopted, it goes to the pound, where it will be first come first serve, with a small fee of any pet (except spiders and rats) on cs!

You can only own 4 Dwagons.
