Why do you want to adopt?
I have seen this thread once or twice but I have never worked up the courage to try out for one but when I saw #6 I had to at least try. I always wanted to have a rat though my parents don´t agree (:cry:) So why not go for one of these. In my opion #6 is by far the cutest. I love those brown eyes and the patches so when I saw her I knew she was the rat for me. If I won I think I would try to do some art even though I definataley not the best artist. I think I will make her a charrie since all my charries are caine why not add a rat ( one of the cutest animals ever!) I wil also l try to find the time to roleplay her. She will always have a special place in my heart and I would be honored to call her my own.
Rat Name: If I own I would call her Eclair
Personality: (Likes, dislikes, how they react to people, other rats, etc.)
Eclair is extremley friendly to rats and is always willing to help a rat in need of a hug. She is also very bubbly and optimistic. She can make anything sound positive. Though with people its a diffrent story. She sometimes doesn´t ell you what she really thinks so she doesn´t offend you. She would be horrified if she jurt your feelings. When people are around she is rather shy though with her owner she is very affectionate. She is incredibily smart even smart enough to open she cage her caes door ( but not to escape just to nibbe on some book pages) One of Eclairs favourite thing are stuffed animals ( but not cats!) Eclair could spend her entire day lying on stuffies and nuzzling them. Another one of her hobbies are lying on a pillow on a winter day in front of the fireplace and taking a nap. Eclairs absolute favourite snack are strawberries! She could eat them everyday, all day. She also loves chocolate chip cookies though she doesn´t get them very often. She also loves to eat cookie dough and watermelon is the best on summer day but not the seed (ewww). Eclairs loves those warm summer nights sitting on her owners lap and getting her head patted gently. And who doesn´t like sitting on your owners bed? One of the few things that Eclair dislikes is swimming. Her fur gets all heavy and clingy. And it takes forever for it to dry. ( and she kinda looks like a hedgehog) She dosen´t like the tv its much to noisy and hates paint. Once she accidently walk into her owners painting a got paint all over her she looked like a rais inbow! And is teriffed of spiders. So creepy, eight legs not natural. Eclair isn´t very food of spicy food , peppers are really spicy.
Quirks: (Little things like "Enjoys sleeping on her back", "Loves hoarding candy
wrappers", etc.)
Eclair Likes to lick cookie dough out of a bowl(Yum!). She also likes to sleep by the fire place, on cold winter nights. She also likes to sleep on her back. Elcair can´t resist hoarding tasy crumbs of delcious cookies, chocolate chip is her favourite to hoard. When there is a lone teddy is close by, she´s crawling all over it. She thinks they aren´t bad for napping on either. Likes to lie in flower beds, and stare at petals. Also she loves(though her owners do not like) is nibbling on the edges of the pages of books, newly bought books are the best! The old ones that are damp and dusty are gross! She also loves to play on the piano(by that she means running all across it making ¨music¨). Also loves to sitt on her onwers bed.
What do you plan on doing with your rat? (Roleplay, Make art of, Hoard art of, etc.) I am probaly going to make her a character. I will do my best to make some art though I suck.
If you feel you can no longer care for your Rat, will you return it here to find a new home?
Of course , though I don´t think that will be nessecary because she will always have a special spot in my heart.
Artwork/Story? Eclair sighed she was sitting in a cage in a animal shelter she remebered her old family. She rembered her lovley family, the little girl that was sweet and smelled of fresh bread. Her family owned a bakery so she always got lovley sweets like blue berry muffins, bread and ocassinally the rare chocolate chip cookie. The bakery was always filled with people staring at the cakes, muffins and cookies. Eclairs favourite thing was to sit on the cash register and stuff her face with strawberries and cookie dough. Then she remebered with a pang that her owner had gotta a allergy to rats leaving her in the animal shelter. She missed the bakery and her lovley owner.... most of her day she would stay huddled in the corner of her cage and sleep. She wanted to forget those´s last days with her owner with her crying on her bed. She snuggled up in her bedding ready to go to sleep. Everything reminded her of her old home. The red food bowl reminded her of her owner making her stand on her hind legs to grab a juicy strawberry. When someone reached down to pat her head it reminded her of spending those nights sitting on her lap with her gentle hand patting her head so she would scurry away. She curled up into a tight ball and fell asleep.
