This is the first of a few new quall ideas. Most of my qualls have been inspired by real animals, be them birds, insects, or mammals. Recently I've gotten into Mass Effect and have absolutely fallen in love with the Turian alien species. They are totally cool, and many of them sport markings on their faces that show others what colony they come from. I thought this was really neat, and decided to make a few quall specifically with facial markings. This one is inspired by Executor Pallin:
