I've finally gotten around to judging this, and let me tell you, you guys do not make this easy for me.. I wish I could give a runner up to every single one of you xD

Okie dokie, now, onto the winner of this RPW!

I was absolutely intrigued by the background this user had given this rpw, and how their history had influenced their personality and their view on their own mutation. The character overall, was done well and I'm proud to announce that the owner of this rpw is... Pokechu12, congratulations!

Not done yet though, I will be awarding one runner up! the final decision was very close between the winner and runner up, and I felt that this user was worthy of receiving a runner up for all the detail and effort that went into their from.. Wow this is such a great surprise! I had no idea it would end like this considering ~Silver and Dissimulodeerling's amazing forms and art which just blow my mind.

This is such an honor, I can't come up with words to describe how lucky and elated I feel for the runnerup. I thank you so much Foxinflight for even considering me with all those well formated/written forms out there! It's a bit unreal to know that I just won my first RPW, it'll take time for me to get use to it haha!

But congratulations and a big round of applause are in order for ~Silver and Dissimulodeering. ~Silver, your form had eye boggling art, and the formatting was just amazing! I'm oh so jealous of that delicious animated banner. It's so lovely! And Dissi your character's history is heartbreaking, but I love it, and the personality is just fabulous and fun sounding! Nothing goes together quite like optimism and bullheadedness.

And finally a great congratulations to Pokechu12! I only needed to read the first few sentences of your form to know just why you won, and by golly do you deserve it! The history, personality, formatting, EVERYTHING is just so great! I know you'll be a fantastic owner to this beautiful girl!
