Zalaika smiled. "Good, that's good. Can I pick you up now?" she asks, then slwowly wraps her arms around the Hound, then holding it firmly to her chest. "It's okay, it's okay," she coos to the animal, and begins to take slow steps.

The girl smiled, her eyes lit with adoration and she embraced Raiza in her arms and hugged him close.
Please don't leave me, Raiza. Let's go together, alright? Together forever.
She released the hound from her warm arms and stood again, tall and proud a strong stigma of bravery surrounding her.
Let's go, we'll be out of the dark soon and we can finally get some food and rest awhile. It'll be hard hunting the Plauge Rats but we can do it together, I believe in you, Raiza. You're a very strong ally, I wouldn't have you any other way. You're like me...we're both lonely, so why stay together so we're not alone anymore? I really would be honored if a wonderful hound like you were to come with a strange tomboy like me.
The white haired girl smiled and met her cyan eyes with Raiza's deep forest green once more.
We can be strong together, okay Raiza?
She beamed as she turned to face the Plauge Hound Adoption Center, hoping for a bright future and an ever brighter tomorrow...

The hound looks up and clicks happily to be able to find a friend. It shyly stands by the humans legs and looks at her with its bright emerald eyes then approaches the door of the center along side the human girl.

That's it boy! Lets go now! The building was not far away now. I could see a dim light emitting from it, and sillouhettes behind it. It's ok I whispered to the crow, who looked unerved by the moving shapes behind the glass. It's ok boy! I said gently, coaxing him on whith my voice. When we got very close to the building, the crow stopped and whined, looking just as afraid as when he had first saw me. "Don' t be afraid, noone wants to hurt you." I said softly. He looked at me, his green eyes reflecting both the light of his fur and the light of the building so that yellow and green danced across them. I walked to the door and knelt down in front of it. "It's ok, come here" I said softly, patting my thighs. The crow regarded me uncertainly but then approached. I stepped slowly to the side of the door and opened it a crack so the crow would here and smell the inside of the building before the bright light overwhelmed him. The crow moved his head around like a dog would sniff the air, but he had no visible nose to twitch. I pulled the door open a little more, and the crow peered in curiously. It was fairly empty, with only the cash lady at her post. The sounds of hawks, and maybe the odd crow, echoed from the back. "Are you ready?" I said to the crow? When he did not flinch, I pushed the door open all the way and whispered "you go first"...

The hound stays on the outside of the building not wanting to approach. It hears the sound of the other hounds then looks at the human before dashing off towards a street light.

I smiled watching the hound happily gulp down the candy,"I guess you like peppermint then here i have a few more"I place two more candies near the hound but I kept one in my hand."If you have no where to go i know a perfect place for you to live,its warm so you don't have to deal with this cold and there is plenty of food for you to eat so you won't go hungry.Its a great place and someone you like may come along and take you on wonderful adventures." I told the hound,in truth I was not sure if he understood me but it felt good to tell him that there was a place where he could be kept warm and be fed."If you want i could take you there" I looked at the hound and held my hand out with the candy placed in the middle of my palm.I watched as he gulped down the other two candies i had placed down for him then he paused looking at my hand."Don't worry i won't hurt you" I said as the hound crept closer to me and sniffed my hand then quickly ate the candy.I gently pet his back only for a few seconds before I sat up,"I'm guessing that is a yes Ajax don't worry it is a great place" I smile and start to walk towards the plague hounds adoption center but at a slow pace just in case he changed his mind,I glanced back a few times to see if he was following me.He looked a bit skittish being out in the open so i walked back to him and looked him in the eyes,"Its okay if you change your mind"I said in a soft vice suddenly pausing trying to think of something to say as i got lost in his dark green eyes."I am just happy to meet someone who was as unique as yourself,i understand if you want to go back.I barely know you and you barely know me but i just wanted something better for you.Everyone deserves nice warm bed and food to keep them healthy plus someone to shower them in affection.Either what you may choose just remember there is someone who cares about you no matter what may happen" I said with some sadness in my voice but I smile and place the last candy I have in front of his paws.I walked ahead and open the door to the adoption center then glanced back to see if he was still there or had disappeared into the shadows of the city forever.

The hound seemed to be smiling through it was hard to tell. It happily gulps down the last pieces of candy then nuzzles the humans hand with the side of it's beck lightly. Yet afterwards it slowly backs away from the human and seemed to clip a soft goodbye before running off into the city again.

The hound starts to struggle again, it didn't seem to very much enjoy being picked up. The hound jumps down from her arms then dashes off to it's corner again.

OK the winner will now be picked, this was really hard for me to judge with so many wonderful forms! ;_; I wish I could give you all a hound but there can only be one person to take this hound home. The one the hound seemed to favor the most is xXxYamiBakuraxXx !!!! Congrats xXxYamiBakuraxXx, you are the winner!

The girl embraced her new hound lovingly and carried him inside, filling a form required by those who desired a hound of their own.

She again cradled Raiza close and snuggled his silky pelt. She took off down the hall to find her first mission,

this adventure, was just the beginning of a long and beautiful friendship.

I smile and nod slightly at the savior of the lonely hound and say, "May you two have the best of luck and a wonderful long life together". I wave at the two after taking the form and filing it with the other forms. Raiza seemed to be chipping happily and nuzzles his savior as they head off to there first mission.
