Since you already cared enough to make her grow up (and she is only not adult due to the fact, that I have no time for that at the moment) you won't have to care for her anymore to prevent her running away...but of course you are free to continue caring for her, if you want to. (An occasional bump would be nice until she is fully grown, but it is not obligatory ).
