Queen Chrysalis
Ji'ranji trots off toward the west, where the mountain range ends. She feels the cool breeze coming in over the Lake and closes her eyes to enjoy it. While her eyes were closed, she stumbles over something in the path. She looks back and sees a long mound leading off to the south. Does she follow it or continue where she is going?

iStarz & Everly
Deciding to head North, Sepia starts off at a walk. The Lake is so large that she has to walk around it for a good distance before she can head straight north. Should she go around to the east, toward the river, or to the west, toward the forest?

Ginger decides that south is the way to go today, so she sets off to explore. She is enjoying her stroll when she notices that she has come rather close to the edge of the island. Should she try to look over the edge, or should she turn and walk along the edge instead?

ICED-OVER
Aegon watches the other three horses leave and decides to head east. He sets off at a gallop until he comes to the river that leads from the lake. The place where he is now is rather deep, and looks like a strong current. Should he cross here or walk downriver to find a shallow place to cross?

Weighing her options, Sepia decides to take her chances with the forest, knowing she isn’t the best swimmer.

What an odd occurrence, the liver dun mare mused. What could have possibly done such a thing? The curiosity would positively kill her if she didn't go and investigate it. So straying from her intended path the mare chose to follow the odd mound.

The stallion watched as the other horses were faced with their own decisions. He galloped off, but slid to an abrubt stop as he was faced with a rive leading to a lake. The river at this point seemed deep and the current was strong, he weighed out his options, he wasn't one to recklessly attempt to fight the water in an attempt to cross. He started to walk downriver, at an amble pace, watching to water to find a point shallow and safe enough for the stallion to cross over.

slowly coming to the edge of a cliff, her curiosity peaked her interest.
ever so carefully, she looks over the edge to see further down the landscape and to see if there was anything she could notice out of place.

Queen Chrysalis
Following the long mound, she comes to the edge of the forest. At the end of the strange thing, a mole pokes his head out of a hole and wiggles his nose in the air. They have a brief conversation, in which the mole tells her of something he saw not far away.
Thanking him, she goes to search for the item he saw. You found a Décor - Medium!

Moving off toward forest, to the West. As she approaches the western-most edge of the lake, her foot splashes into the water.
She looks down, startled, and finds something. You found Décor - Lake!

Creeping closer to the edge of the island, she sees absolutely nothing directly below. However, far below her she sees the World Beneath. Suddenly a bird accidentally flies up into her face, startling her. The bird lands on the ground, apologizing profusely,
telling her he wants to make it up to her. You found Décor - Bird!

ICED-OVER
Finally spotting a place shallow enough to ford the river in safety, he crosses over only to come face to face with a stranger.

Luna had been restless for days. Whenever she would close her eyes she could swear there was a light flickering and beckoning her. It kept her up at night and she was beginning to show the signs of severe insomnia. Her energy was lacking, she had little interest in some of her favorite things, and her endless patience was running out more frequently. Her herd was getting increasingly worried about her. Tenebris, the leader of their herd resolved to try to find a way to help her.

"You haven't slept in days Luna, what's wrong?" He asked her one night as he noticed her standing, looking at the stars instead of sleeping.
"I'm not sure I can put it in words." She answered quietly. This made the stallion frown in worry.
"Will you try?" He questioned. After a pause Luna sighed and nodded.
"Whenever I close my eyes, there's this.. light of sorts. If I ignore it, it just shines brighter until I react. If I follow it, take a step towards it or such, it also moves. Getting further away, but the light returns to a tolerable level." She explained. "I just don't understand. It's like its trying to lead me somewhere, but where?" She added, tossing her head. Her frustration was obvious.

The stallion listened closely and after a pause responded. "A light that wants you to follow it. Do you want to follow it?" He asked simply.
Luna nodded. "It's bizarre but I truly want to."
Tenebris smiled. "You have always dreamed of exploring. Do you think maybe this light is a subconscious manifestation? Your own heart and mind telling you to listen to your dreams and go?" He mused. Luna looked up startled.
"That would explain why the light's general direction is so random and that it changes. It just wants me to go. It doesn't care where." She wondered.
"It doesn't care, or you don't care?" Tenebris teased. Luna laughed.
"Both." The smiled but suddenly she gasped.
"It's gone. The light's gone." She whispered.
Tenebris frowned. "Maybe because you finally admitted to yourself what you want?" He wondered.
Luna nodded. "It must be. So now it seems I must act on it." She smiled.
Tenebris nodded. "Go. Explore, and see what you need to see." He encouraged her. Luna smiled and with a final goodbye, galloped off to explore.
