{ shannon wrote:username ;; hello! I am { shannon, a fellow member in the foxerfly community. I own one foxer at the current moment, seiko, and I hope to try and make this boy my second foxer ~
name ;; I would give this boy the name of satoshi (sa-to-shi). his name is japanese, and has a meaning - 'clear-thinking ; quick-witted ; wise'. those words describve this boys personality, so he lives up to his name. he is also based slightly on a game character, satoshi mochida. I thought this name would suit him, and for the character I have created.
favourite hobby ;; something satoshi has declared as his favourite hobby is photography. he likes to go outside and take photos - if it is of nature of animals or even other foxers. he likes to think he is a professional at it, but he doesn't have a job with it. a constant photo target in a dragonfly in movement.
personality ;; satoshi is everything that his name tells him to be - clear-thinking, quick-witted and wise, as well as being shy, friendly and protective. he has more experience then he should - too wise for his age. he has said to make a lot of mistakes before, and he has learned, making him wise. he can be a bit shy or timid, but once he becomes your friend you'll start to see his more playful and gentle side. he is also protective of his friends, not approving what they might do sometimes, but sticking by their side if they need a shoulder to lean on - he is a good listener and gives good advice, when he can. he follows his friends into trouble if he can't convince them out of it, and is especially protective then, standing up for them. but in the face of pure danger, he will cower back, no matter how much his mind tells him to move forward. he can act scared at other times, too, but if he gets angry, that is another story. it is hard to get him angry, since he is such a kind-hearted soul. but it isn't impossible. when he is angry, he will stand up for his friends a lot more, and he will lash out if he has to, speaking out loud and trying to get them to listen. this also happens if he ever happens to get frustrated.
why does he like dragonflies? ;; why, you ask? these insects give him a sense of...freedom. he wants to be one, among the dragonflies. they remind him of himself, they are the constant reminder of who he is. they are inspired to be what he wants to become, a dream that will never be reached. they are a part of mother nature, and are graceful and beautiful...to him, anyway. not to mention they are constant victims for his photos.
