**REMINDER**

Everyone is up to Round Four now! I'd like to do a total of 6-7 rounds. We have some GORGEOUS prizes prepared for you. I'm not kidding.

Seren and Rough Rider trotted up to the meeting place where a bunch of riders and horses looked somehow exhausted and excited all at once. It had been a long day, and the sun was sinking down past the snow-capped peaks of the mountains. Seren wished that she had been able to be there for each and every one of their journeys, but alas. She was only one person! She whistled to get peoples' attention, and listed off the awards, findings, and issued a sincere apology.

I'm so sorry this took so long to get to. Truly, I am. I have no excuses. I wish this had turned out like in my head...it was a fun event I had planned but I realize now that it was out of my ability at the time! I would love to do a similar (probably simpler) event in the future, if anyone would be interested. Thank you so much to those who participated eagerly and waited patiently on myself and other users. You all brought me so much joy with each of your posts. Truly. I loved them. c: I could not abandon this event. It was my baby for a long time. There are prizes that deserve to go to homes (thank you to all of my amazing artist friends who helped me with them) and most of all YOU GUYS DESERVE SOME REWARDS! You all demonstrate why I fell in love with CWHR years ago: your creativity, passion, humor and dedication made (and still make!) this community my favorite. I would not be the person I am today without you all.

Also, I have one more thing to say before I get to prizes. Ty_tay deserves so much more than I can give her. She put so much work into this event, she designed the prize cards, she brainstormed ideas with me, she created dozens of images for me to use in the event (I am so disappointed that we didn't get to use all of them) and she kept me going with her passion and dedication to the event. She is an amazing artist and friend, and this event would not have been the slightest bit successful without her.

Without further ado!

Pre-Designed Horse Prizes

1. Cremello Dun Overo Stallion- ty_tay. Calvin and Kesali found this ghost-like stallion lurking on the edge of the wood, in the shadows. Though wild and difficult to approach, the stallion found them both to be a most worthy pair to go home with.
2. Silver Buckskin Appaloosa Mare- lichenfeather. Once a mare in the pale stallion's herd, this mare followed Quetzal and Nova, intrigued by their skills and gentle spirits.
3. Dunalino Pintaloosa Stallion- cooper. Delvin and Victory impressed this young stallion, who just recently left his birth herd. He is the son of the pale stallion and the silver-maned mare found by other contestants.
4. Ranger Mule- silver~. This hardy and determined mule needed a new home and Leah would provide the perfect home for him!
5. Wild Draft- o s h u n. This mare was wandering around lost in the wilds, with a red ribbon trailing from her mane. No one has stepped forward to claim her, so she is Oshunaria's to take home and nurse back to health!
6. Pack Donkey- SpiritStar3. No one suits this little sure-footed steed better than Jess and her horse, the mountain-climbing duo!
7. Grullo Ranch Horse- Timey. This ranch horse was hoping for a home, and Timey's ranch of western horses is the perfect spot for this gelding (with two breedings)!
8. Tough Pony- ImmyWimmy1. This small but mighty pony has faced many hardships in the wild after being set loose by a neglectful owner, but he survived long enough to make it into Imogen's stables!

Companion Customs
These cute critters come with a semi-custom horse friend! (All animal art by the incredible ty_tay, I will be making the customs, slight color alterations permissible)

1. Hound Puppy- sapphirespirit. This lost little pup ran right up to Erebus and Jean, excited to make some new friends. Of course, he has a horse friend trailing behind him!

2. Black Cat- PollyPoos. This mysterious kitty is not bad luck- in fact, she brought a horse friend along to meet Addison!

3. Tabby Cat- flight. A cat met Cat! And Alaska, of course, and brought along an equine buddy to boot!

4. Feral Dog- resolution. This gal has been alone all her life, except of course for her horse pal, both of whom want to go home with Noelle!

1) I didn't hand out the pre-designed prizes and awards to people who haven't been active in over a year at CWHR. If you are still around and would like an additional gift and did not get one of these earlier gifts, we can talk. On another note, if you're not really interested in CWHR anymore, please tell me and I'll rehome your prizes.
2) The winners of each award/pre-designed prize were picked through a ton of different inputs, including some randomization. I spent hours wrapping this up, including updating my pre-designed horses.

Oh gosh, I can't believe it's been four years already!!! Where does the time go?!?!?!?! ;A;

Whilst I didn't get around to writing (and drawing for my sketchbook!!!) anywhere near as much as I would have liked, I thoroughly enjoyed this event! The writing prompts were wonderfully creative and gave everyone so much to bounce off and write their own little stories. I know that this must have been a difficult event to run, especially keeping track of who said what and what stats everyone had at any given time! Thank you so much for all of your hard work Seren and for making this so much fun to take part in! And also to ty for her amazing artwork (that boar though!!! :O <3 ), and anyone else who contributed their artwork too!

Im always happy to help where I can and its rewarding enough to know that something I did was appreciated and made someone happy even if for a moment.
