Seeing the Mutato form reminded me of the entire BioShock series,
especially Infinite. DeWitt is the last name of the character you play
as, Booker DeWitt.

One of the vigors that are available is Devil's Kiss, a fiery type of
power you acquire during the course of the events of BioShock Infinite,
towards the beginning.
