Hey guys! I had to push the judging back by a few days, got called into the doctors on Friday, majorly stressful day!

Anyways!! Times up! Judging has officially started now! I will announce the winner(s) asap! It'll be a tough one too T_T so I'm going to take my time with judging please do not rush me, I need to go over every detail! Make sure all the rules were included!

Hey guys XD....

I'm so sorry, believe it or not I have been judging! The problem is that two forms are so perfect and amazing I can't decide if there can even be a first place T_T even with my guest judging's it's still at a standstill so I'm going to ask you be patient just a bit longer! Just a bit!

Hopefully it will be decided today or tomorrow.

I still have no answer... Every now and then I'll look over the two finalist forms and in truth I can't decide because I love the characters so much! It's so hard to chose I feel like the worst judge ever! *is the worst judge ever*

I asked over 100 people who they think should win... guess what... tied... perfect spilt tie and the one reason it ended in a tie was because someone else also couldn't decide who should win either... 100... T_T

I was tempted to ask again but I ran out of people to ask for help...

You both captured an essence I was looking for in your characters, one took a more tragic creepy approach to it and the other took a sorrow approach and both of you had at least one wip and a few errors on your forms, but other then that I loved them both.
