i don't like for people to see my face.
my face is not perfect, and even more flawed when compared to the faces of my siblings.
they shine as if they are suns, while i suck up light like a black hole.
so they mask helps with that. it is if i am blocking my ability to suck up light with a large shield. and while the people around the black hole are happy, the black hole itself is certainly happier. because it knows, as i know also, that it is not causing pain any more.
i see the people on the trains whispering about me, even though they pretend not to. i know that they are saying,
why can't she be more like her siblings?
or
she just needs to be more positive.

Raven loves stuffed animals, he can’t stop himself from buying new ones every time he goes to a store. He especially loves stuffed bears, bcause of the detail that can go into such simple things and the wide ideas that people come up with when creatig designs for them. He loves looking at small details on them, like facial expressions and imagining why they have a face like that, why they convey a certain mood, what made them create that look. The last thing that intrigues him about stuffed bears, is their wide range of colors dancing on their fur. (100)
