If you need an artist to make edits for you, you can feel free to post in the fanclub and/or contact any of our artists directly to see if they are interested in helping you. You can also ask for help from anyone else in the community in the fanclub (some people offer to pay for help with Paint Gems, art, items, CS pets, or whatever other sort of deal you want to try out, but some people might be willing to help for free as well).
The Ghost RPW lines are only PSD so there are only a few people that have them currently. As I mentioned with finding someone to do edits, you can do the same thing to find someone to make your Ghost custom, but they will have to have the ability to use PSD files and they will have to contact me to get it. I would also be willing to do the custom for you, since I made the lines, but you're free to try and find someone else to do it. As I said, I'm going to have a week off of work coming up so I'll have time to finish everything, including a custom ghost~
