Hi! I'm ~Stormfly, currently an owner of four Piggles: Rook, Snafu, Dekka and Laila. I hope to make this gorgeous guy my fifth.

Name;;
"My name is Hilarius Gray. I am often known as Arius, due to the Greek god of war being Ares and our jobs being somewhat interlinked. Others call me Haedes, again due to my job, but in fact this nickname is highly inaccurate as I do not guard the underworld, I merely send people to it."

Name Meaning;;
Gray is a name derived from the Greek word 'graia', meaning 'old' - which I suppose may suit my ageless state . Hilarius means 'cheerful'. I do not know why I was given such a name, although I do like it despite it's untruthful definition."
In fact, Hilarius Gray suits him well, although he does not know it. If you do it backwards, so that the meaning would be 'old cheerful', it could be taken to mean 'cheerful in the past', which is what Hilarius Gray was.

Gender;;
"I am a male. I forgive you for asking this due to my highly unusual name and masked face."

Age;;
"I am ageless. I did exist, am existing and will exist, from the start until the end of time. It appears the universe is young, however, for I look around nineteen to others."
This is what Arius believes to be true, but he actually is nineteen years of age.

Occupation;;
"I am the head of an assassin company, as well as a mage and somewhat of a Grim Reaper. I can hear Death talking to me, he tells me who must die, and I send my company to kill them."



Disabilities, Injuries and Conditions;;
"I am mute, which will confuse your narrow mind as I appear to be talking to you right now. I also have mild OCD. I have many scars, but more are mental than physical."
Although he does not know this, he also has severe burns underneath his bone mask, which is part of the reason he is unable to speak.

Orientation;;
"I am a heterosexual, but not currently looking for anyone. I remember there was once someone I loved, but I couldn't save her. I wouldn't save her, perhaps. I still cannot bear to think of loving anyone else."

Voodoo magic;;
"There is no such thing as Voodoo magic. Voodoo is a religion from North America, based around spiritual rituals. The spells are part of what is called Hoodoo magic."

Hoodoo magic;;
"I have used Hoodoo magic for a long time. The charm around my leg gives me a boost in power for my spells, although most of the magic is done by my own mind. I use it to convey certain thoughts as sound waves into other people's minds, which is how people can hear me 'talk'. However, I have complete control over what I send so you cannot look into my mind. The charm can be used to hold memories I wish to forget for now and come back to later. They are stored inside my charm and not in my brain, so I do not know what they are until I draw them out of my charm, which is done by merely thinking about the charm opening. It's like a library inside it - I can scroll through until I find the correct memory before exiting, upon which every memory I scanned but did not withdraw is removed from my mind again. It is a usage for Hoodoo I invented myself, and I am pleased with it."

History;;
"Have you not registered anything you have 'heard' in the last seven minutes? My history is aeons old - it is far too much to tell, and most of it is stored in my charm. There is one memory that sticks in my mind, that will not be drawn out. I shall tell you that.
There was a girl, a Piggle girl, and we were young, and I saved her from hurt, because I loved her. It was then revealed to me she would not have been hurt, that my efforts were unnecessary. And then, many years later, she needed me for real, and I didn't save her. That is my memory."
A diary written by the scientist 'in charge' of Arius' progress was found in the office by the laboratory were Arius' was created. He knows nothing of any of this, but it explains a lot. Click here to read it, to understand him. (WIP)
