Uh, PM the artist? This should be self-explanatory. It'll be easier to get their attention by PMing them and this way they'll know it's somewhat important.
Anyways please don't post things like that here, it's pretty spammy yo. Also, I wouldn't recommend asking an artist this to begin with because they will feel rushed and it's a bit rude. Artists have lives and we cannot pinpoint exactly when your crap will be done.
