Name of Mutato; This Mutato's name is, as you can see by the fontmeme at the top of the page, Faith. The name 'Faith' means 'an act of believing in something that cannot necessarily be proved.'
Reason for the name; I have decided to name this Mutato Faith due to the fact that it is firstly a sweet, sincere word, full of purity and content, and also because it takes great faith to believe in some things in times such as these, and this seems fitting for this reason.
Answer; A person is as free as the wind, yet as caged as a bird. This is because humans (most of them) have free will and rights, and yet are caged by the judgement of others, unable to do what they wish for fear of being shunned for doing it.

I think that a fish is as free as the wind but as caged as a bird. Beacuase a fish can swim all around the ocean and in all if the rivers and lakes but it cannot survive out of water. So water is its freedom but also it's cage.
