As long as you need. However I will end it before the end of the month, so probably April 1st or March 31st.
Note, you can also write a short story if you cannot draw, or are not confident in your art skills. I will accept that as well.

I have questions regarding the writing part. Any specifications? Does the episode have to be from a certain season, perhaps one with a Doctor that we think best fits his personality?
And how do you mean 'episode', do you want us to re-write a part of one with everyone as Marble Cats?

You can choose whichever episode you want. Since he has multiple aspects of each Doctor, your free to choose from whichever season, episode, and Doctor you want.
Ye, if you want. If you wish, you can keep the aliens the same. You are also, however, free to write it where everyone is still their original species. aka, the Doctor is a time lord, rose is human, Bo is a giant face,etc.

You have a lot of freedom for this contest. There's very little restrictions, save details and such.

I would think not. However if you draw the creature itself, why not be creative? Make it chibi like, or a normal ca with the features of that species?

You are required to draw or write about the Doctor Who Marble Cat. They have to be drawn, or written, within an environment from the Doctor Who television show. For example London, on an airship, running from aliens, etc. I am grading you based on skill, accuracy, and your ability to portray the Doctor's personality within your piece. YOU MUST DRAW/WRITE THE DOCTOR as a Marble Cat. He cannot be described as a human. So in essence;

"The Doctor's whiskers twitched, a tremor of rage running through his lean, furry body as he stared at his long time foe. The Dalek glared unseeingly at him, his gun useless due to the torture that had been inflicted upon him..."
