Name: UTSIDIHI [ o-ts-eh-de-he ] || Cherokee; meaning, "man killer."
Gender: Male♂
Personality: Utsidihi is a Cherokee tribe war hound. This brute is known for his dominance among the wolves, his fierce nature in battle, and his pride he has in his work upon keeping peace despite his use of force to keep it that way. This prince hound brave is honored as the protector of the “Wolf Den” tribe. His appearance is flashy and startling when first met. He is intimidating and approaches with a high stance and bulked body, tail high in command. He demands to know any strangers business upon his territory and will run them off quickly without question if they do not sway his aggression. If you're every luck enough to get past his rough exterior the brute isn't exactly all that different beneath his fur. Utsidihi is a commander and chief of his pack and is always on the move. He only has interest in females if they will accept his matehood for the purpose of growing his pack for territory gain, not for love or desire. He is a fighting machine and seeks to keep peace among his Red skinned brethren and expand his territory. He is a stern and deadly type of peacemaker but is known for spilling blood in order to keep it. His heart does not seek romance for he is the constant balance of peace between the Pale face and Red man woven by fangs and keeping charge over his territory with threatening numbers of his wolf pack. He's always moving, always fighting, and always searching to expand the horizons of his people and pack for the better of both his human brothers and his own tribe. He truly believes that he is the four spirits ( Red, Blue, Black, and White ) and that by his birth he was crowned as the keeper of balance between his wolfen kind and his human kind for they had long since been at war before his birth and coming upon the Cherokee land.
Legend: He is believed to be the chief of all wolf kind to the Cherokee for his natural birth right of spiked and colored hair upon his head similar to a head dress that would belong to a Cherokee tribe's chief. He also bares the Cherokee Nation's sacred colors in his pelt.

Not only was I star-strucked by their amazing artwork of Utsidihi, I was intrigued mostly by their writing. It's been so long since my eyes have been glued to a grand piece of text. I absolutely was dazzled with their vocabulary usage in relation to the species, they've truly nailed it, as well as their references toward Utsidihi's appearances and nature. I absolutely loved this passage and I've found myself reading it again and again; it really felt as though they understood what it was like to like to observe and perceive aspects of a Prince Hound and I couldn't be more happy to see that.
To also include, their item choice was spot-on for Utsidihi's personality and adapted culture, and although their song choice was not of something I'm familiar with, I do believe it captured the power and spirit of him.

I'm so very glad you were captured by his character development through my writing. As an avid writer it is a goal of mine to capture my readers so that they fully grasp a character of mine in depth. I'm thrilled to have achieved such and ownership of Utsidihi together, while showing the connection of the Prince Hound species back into my own personal heritage.

Utsidihi is a representation of my ancestral heritage which makes my attachment to him very deep.
