I know you may not recognize me. But im just the tired wolf, with a zombie-like expression. I havent really gotten sleep in while since the last time you've seen me so maybe you'll recognize from that. I have never really told you my name as i have realised. But her it is now. The name's Sakyu and i'd like to to say Thank you. A year ago, a friend of mine.. went missing. The last time i saw her was on the way to the trip. I was glad I didn't board the same boat. I am lucky that i survived the trip on a horrible day like that. I used to be ambitious, young, traveling and discovering everything. But.. It all fell apart when she died. Some wolves stopped coming, they lost their motivation, like violet. She dropped out as soon as she heard the news. I didnt want to stop though, although inside. I felt like i did, but i kept on travelling and doing the dangerous anyways, but thing just weren't the same. Eventually, i was the last one. I felt lonely, and stopped being the ambitious wolf i once was. That was when i uhh, met you. Im sorry if I came off as blunt the first time we met. I was grumpy and as mentioned before, Tired. I'm just glad you were able to put up with me... I know this letter is getting long but.. Those conversations we had. They may have been awkward.. But they have helped me a lot. I hope to see you again, Vanessa.

I've never seen anyone as interested in cuddlebugs as you! I mean it, too. I mean, my friends (*cough cough* Ice *cough cough*) say that I can be intense but you'll probably give me a run for their money. *laughs* Anyways, I had a great time with you, exploring the island, looking at cuddlebugs, playing with Rosetta (I gotta get myself a cuddlebug for Ragini, my annoying blue fire-lizard, to mess with), and showing off my recorder skills. This isn't easy to write, and I have no idea why...we speak to each other often enough, but perhaps this will be a new and good change? I always thought writing letters to each other would be, uh...romantic in a sense? Like how we used to in school so your dads didn't find out about us.
It's been a good run, and I've been glad to have you by my side - we've got our own family now, and it feels good after not having a real related family (although Riley and Wren were probably far better). And your family is pretty great - I get along well with Kai and Kagura's nice, although Shalidar and Obito still scare me a little - even if they no longer have to look out for you.
Besides that...I'm glad that we met all those years ago, because I couldn't ever imagine anyone else taking your place in my life.
