Personality: Phoebe is incredibly ambitious and egotistical. It's not that she necessarily means to be arrogant, but she has a large amount of self-confidence that often leads to her being rather vain and often thinking more highly of herself than she should. Despite this, she is very kind, although she will preen and the like to try and get compliments from people she likes. She wants to be likeable and have everyone want to be around, and although she believes this is already the case, there are times where she worries she could be wrong. Phoebe is a rather good leader if your interests align with hers and you can get her on board. She's determined and focused on her goals, pushing and insisting till she gets them. Of course this can get rather annoying if you are on the receiving end, but Phoebe doesn't actually realize that. She doesn't have much patience, but she means well for the most part. However, she does hold quite the grudge on those who irritate her, and surprisingly enough has quite an annoyance for arrogant people while not realizing she is one herself. So she's a bit of an unintentional hypocrite, but her friends try to work with her on that.
How you'll inspire them: With Phoebe being so ambitious and arrogant, there is certainly a fair amount of ego stroking in there. That's always one way to get someone arrogant to lend you their ear, although nothing I say would be something I don't believe. I also play off of her ambitious nature and encourage her to see this as an opportunity to spread her wings freely and fly solo. While her siblings are not baggage, staying with them no matter what without any distance is holding her back from reaching her full potential. By telling her she could reach her ambitions by making space from her siblings - while not altogether losing the connection she has with them - it encourages her to be willing to go somewhere else and try something new on a way to achieve her dreams.

personality: a quiet, keep to herself kind of bleet. she doesnt talk much or interact with others
except for her siblings, but values independence and having personal space. even her own siblings
are not invited into her inner sanctuary; she is very clear on her rules about privacy, and she doesnt
like to be scared or disturbed when she is alone. she prefers the company of her deer companion,
a soft-spoken little thing who values silence and the peaceful calm of being alone, much like callie
herself does. callie is pretty average intelligence-wise, but is a quick-thinker and can easily come up
with solutions to her problems. she tends to go with the flow most of the time, but isnt opposed to
going with her heart and following through with her own plans. she tends to have very strong ideals
and morals, however doesnt speak of them much, and is a bit of a pushover to avoid conflict or an
argument with anyone.

how you'll inspire them: persuasion is most effective on youth with a song and a happy
helping of warm food. of course, sometimes a little encouragement and understanding can
be greatly helpful too. patience is key, and without it, you wont get much of anywhere.

Personality: Thrush has an extremely sour personality, known for being two-faced and generally rude. To some, she acts kind, graceful, and generally friendly, while others are greeted with a vulgar, apathetic demeanor. She does not sugar-coat anything and is extremely critical of others and their actions. Her words are always truthful, sometimes painfully so, and her opinions will always be backed up by facts or past experience. Thrush is good at giving advice to others, but should you ask her about anything that she considers to be common sense, she would never let you live it down and poke at you about it for months, then bring it up every few months afterward.
How you'll inspire them: I'll inspire this saucy little girl to break free from her siblings and stay with me instead by... a little bit of persuasion and a lotta bit of food-bribery.
