This was judged a long time ago, and I'm the owner of this pillowtail. I had received a PM long ago about having won it and I remember bookmarking this for that reason.
Unfortunately, I delete my PMs all the time and I must have deleted the one that says I won so yeah.... that's a problem.

Yes this is a problem. We need proof and sadly the artist should not have messaged you. They should have posted and could have messaged you after. I will be either messaging the artist to post and ill be checking the archive. For the meantime this pillowtail is on hold wether this pillowtail has been adopted or not.
