Rather quite obsessed with the show. Rumors are that
his hair is actually an antenna to pick up signals, but it
isn't. He lurks close to an underwater building where he'll
watch TV through the clear glass windows, because the
rich owner coincidentally likes DBZ and only ever watches
it.

He can't get the basics to getting the Super Saiyan Mode
right, so he uses a lot of natural hair gel similar to the
amount of episodes it takes to animate "5 minutes before
an ultimate move".
