Relationship between Remi and Aouli:
-Flash back-
Walking down the road back to home, Aouli had gone through another rough day at school. Today one of his classmates had made fun of his missing arm, saying he looked weird without it.
Sniffling slightly, the boy walked down the uneven road. As he passed a restaurant he noticed a pack of rats hanging out around the dumpster. But one rat stood out more than others. The rat he saw had the skeleton of itself on the outside of its body. Now normally this would frighten a child, but Aouli found the rat unique and intriguing. After that day Aouli made the contract with the rat and named him Remi.

Waking up to a room filled with light was Aouli's least favorite thing. The doll rolled over, opening his eyes to see Remi sitting patiently at the end of his bed.
"Hey there Rem. Wanna help me get ready?"
The rat jumped off the bed, rushing out of the room and into the living room. Out of the silence Aouli could hear the TV click on and then the weather report echoing through the room.
"Thanks Remi!"
Aouli got ready by throwing on his everyday outfit that he's always had. To most people it looked like a bunch of baggy clothes but to Aouli the clothes he wore held character. Walking out of his room he went into his kitchen where Remi sat.
