Personality: Due to some unfortunate circumstances in his past, as well as general watching of the things that happen in the world at large, Polonius has an innate pessimism for the things the world does. Many have described him as gloomy, but he isn't always sad. Honestly, he makes pessimistic remarks with a smile on his face, and he tries his best to help others. You see, even as he is despairing the world at large, he does his best to be a light in the world by helping others, even while feeling the the world is a bad place. He would like for others to find the world a happier place, but he finds that he feels the world is a darker place than most realize. One of his favorite things that he finds as good is puzzles, and if you give him a puzzle book, he can get lost for hours trying to solve them, even if he cannot hold a pencil or a pen. He tries to make up his own riddles, but they aren't very good as he is much better at solving than making puzzles and puzzle type things. Often when Polonious is alone, he is in deep contemplation of the world and when asked a question in this time he tends to answer the saddest way possible, or with Shakespeare. No one knows how he learned Shakespeare, but he has quite a good few quotes memorized.
