Personality -- Curious and clever; Mark is a skeptical and intuitive vaiki who's constantly looking to understand and to know. He has a deep-seeded fascination with the world and the workings of things around him, often testing new things and trying different approaches and 'ways of doing'. Mark keeps his head held high regardless of the situation and constantly radiates a proud aura of contentment to those around him. He's not as quiet as his twin John, but not nearly as loud as his brother Shia; a lukewarm mix of their energy and shyness creates his mellow attitude. Mark is incredibly laid back with most things, and where he's abundant with fascination and vigor in some cases, on other occasions he couldn't be bothered to do much of anything. When it all comes down to it, he is still a child after all. Mark is pretty disorganized, his room usually a sty of miscellaneous things he finds interesting. He'll keep his toys strewn about borderline hazardously, a minefield of creativity. Mark is open-minded in accepting new theories and information, but doesn't like to have his own theories challenged. He hates arguing with others, but when it comes down to it he can get pretty carried away with trying to explain himself. Mark's feelings are easily hurt. He's a lot more sensitive than he'd ever let on externally, often hiding what he feels under a mask of composure. He's not very good at this, but that doesn't stop him from making attempts. He's stubborn in these regards, typically trying to play the 'cool kid' act of never being phased. Mark has a lot of imaginative concepts on how the world surrounding him works, and regardless of his lack of understanding he is certainly trying. He can be seen trying to read books, often with the cover upside down, to deepen his knowledge. He's silly in nature, trying to crack jokes and lighten the mood wherever he can. Mark is also physically strong, though he doesn't have any awareness of this. His lack of knowledge on his own strength can lead to accidents, as he isn't the most careful child. Mark dreams of one day becoming an astronaut or a scientist; something very free and creative to expand his knowledge. Mark wants to experience a lot of what life has to offer him, even if it might be a bit risky. He can periodically be too careless, but he doesn't see any problem with his risk taking behavior; after all it's all in the pursuit of knowledge! Mark likes to yell "for science!" before doing his odd experiments or trials; he thinks of this as his signature catch phrase.

Relationships with the family members --
Kuva -- Mark thinks Kuva is the coolest guy alive, next to some various scientists. Mark is willing to reign in his natural chaos and behave well for his father, even smiling cooperatively in photographs while some of his other siblings might make faces or pose silly. Mark loves his dad a lot, and tries to impress his father with various things he's built or... well, haphazardly constructed. He really wants his dad to be proud of him, so he tries more impressive and intricate things in hopes it catching his father's eye.

Lucielle -- Mark seriously admires Lucielle's building skills! Sure it's just photography sets, but they always come out looking so neat that Mark can't help but stare for awhile. He wants to be able to construct things like his mom, though... well, more sciency. Sometimes he'll ask for Lucielle's help making his various props and models, such as his cardboard rocket and his model of the solar system. He's sometimes a bit annoyed by Lucielle's incredible motherliness, but it's in the way children often are irritated by overbearing parents; which is to say, it's mostly him trying to be cool rather than actually harboring any disdain.

John -- Mark doesn't quite understand his twin brother, but that's fine by him. He encourages John to pursue his dreams of being the next memelord, and tries to support him in whatever ways one typically could. He'll print out memes and cut out the faces to wear them as masks, and give them to his brother so they can parade around the house as living memes. He enjoys John's company, but likes to try and bring out the more playful and adventurous side of him.

Shia -- He thinks Shia's kind of a jerk, but he's gotten pretty used to Shi's outbursts, instead brushing them off with good-natured humor. Mark likes to think he has a good deal of tolerance for his brother, but he doesn't particularly know how to approach Shia, in all honesty. Mark will often engage in playful banter with Shia, taking up a more 'trickster' sort of role; this usually ends in Mark getting chased away by Shia. He doesn't quite know if he trusts Shia in his 'lab'/room, but he wants to at least try and get to know Shia a little bit more.

Blaese -- Now this is one sibling Mark cannot get along with. He absolutely detests how she can meddle with his things and escape unscathed, so he has a sign on his door forbidding her entry. It's probably her fault that he'll lock or barricade his door when he's not around to protect it for fear of his 'experiments' being compromised. Mark hates when his perfect chaos is put into order, so he'll avoid people trying to fix his room (or destroy it further, as he thinks Blaese may do) at any cost. He's wary of her and hugely untrusting, not sure if she'll plot against him next or leave him be.

Arla -- Mark thinks Arla is incredibly nice and he enjoys being around her a lot. He finds her forgiving nature incredibly inviting and he aims to one day show her the inside of his 'lab'. Mark likes talking to her about random miscellaneous things and tends to pour out his mind to her.

Tomato -- He finds Tomato interesting. Mark will try and play with the younger vaiki and enjoys the other's curious nature. He's convinced that Tomato could become interested in the same scientific stuff as him, considering he was also a curious kid and reading science books gave his curiousity a bit of a rest. He really hopes Tomato will be a cool sibling, so he tries to hang around with him as much as possible.
