Hot Buttered Lemonade Recipe
Ingredients:
3 cups water
3/4 cup lemon juice
2/3 cup sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
1 tablespoon butter
4 cinnamon sticks (4 inches), optional

Method:
In a saucepan over medium heat, cook and stir the water, lemon juice, sugar and lemon peel until sugar is dissolved. Pour into mugs; dot each with butter. Serve with a cinnamon stick if desired. Yield: 4 servings (about 1 cup each).
