Background/History:Ya'ir used to roam the universe together with a group of other Aphelios, visiting many different planets. Every now and then, some of his friends would decide that they wanted to stay on a planet for a while. Ya'ir found those planets beautiful but uninteresting. He was sure that there would never be a planet that could hold his attention for long and so he travelled on.
However, during the third year of their journey, he and his ever-shrinking group of Aphelios came to Earth. While his comrades weren't impressed by the blue, kind of boring looking planet, Ya'ir knew that he had found his place. It was the oceans that captivated him, deep and unknown, and so he decided to stay on Earth.
Ya'ir spends his days diving to the depths of the ocean and trying to meet all of its creatures. During the nights, he curls up on the beach and watches the reflections of the nightsky on the surface, thinking about his friends travelling among the stars.

When/under what circumstance do their markings appear & glow?:Whenever he's exploring deep underwater, his marks begin to glow. Ya'ir thinks they appear as a natural reaction to help him see. The truth is, they appear whenever he's extremely happy, growing brighter with his joy.
