Reason for fear of other makos:
Calla-Marrie fears other Makos, mainly because she thinks that they fear her, and wouldn't want her around. She knows that her looks make her seem frightening, and even kraken-like, so she assumes that others would be horrified by her. On another hand, there's also the possibility that they'd think she was some type of "kraken spawn" and would want her captured for "research purposes", a.k.a, dissection, and any other thing that you'd normally see scientists do to strange creatures in movies. However, she thinks that even the "for science!" possibility would still be driven by a fear of her; well, at least a little bit, that is.

Gender: Female
Reason for fear of other makos: Hasiri struggles with what is commonly called the "worst-case scenerio" situation. It is not a disorder or illness of any kind, instead it is simply the natural mindset that she has grown up with. When seeing another individual, even if they seem completely innocent in every physical way, the turn of their lip or the searching of their eyes gives Hasiri great distress as she immediately imagines how the situation could be played out in the worst case possible. If a lifeguard is studying the waters with a slight frown on their face, the girl will jump to the quick conclusion that something is wrong, when instead the lifeguard may simply be looking thoughtfully upon the waters, as due to his occupation. It is simply her seeing others in a more detrimental light that what actually is. However, considering the overwhelming population of others and the constant flow of energy and emotion, society as a whole makes Hasiri sick to her stomach, as whatever way she turns she can see but only bad directions and outcomes in every way, which has led to her classifying others in general as a fear for herself.

Reason for fear of other makos:
Fukami doesnt really have a fear of 'others'. Rather himself. Fukami use to be close friends with another mako who was slightly yonger whom he doesn't dare speak her name now a days, it brings too many memories. It was all more of a one-sided love, Fukami being introverted, watched her from a distance as she searched to save the Mako she so admired. As this search continued, he became more and more frustrated and unsure what to do about his own feelings. He didn't like the admired mako at all. In fact, despised him, hated his guts. He was conflicted. He wanted the other to vanish, but he didn't want her to feel the pain and guilt of not being able to save the other. Weeks pasted and it was all too much for Fukami to bare, before he finally snapped. Fukami's held in anger finally over-boiled. It just couldn't cope with it all, part of him wanted her to just disappear as well. He followed her into a pitch-black cave for she thought that her admired Mako was seen in this specific area. She called out his name as she wondered around the cave, Every time Fumaki heard his name it caused him to grind his teeth together in annoyance. He put his paw on her shoulder and looked at her, speaking calmly. "Do you want to see him?" She nodded begin to tear up. "I want to see him again." Fukami grumbled, disappointed. "Then..You can meet him in the after life I hope..." He then attacked is childhood friend. ( I won't get into details for CS reasons aaaa sorrryyyyy ;A;)
After that, No one ever heard from her again, most other mako's believe she is just missing, but only Fukami knows for sure.
Realizing what he had done, Fukami never wanted to get close to another Mako ever again, He fears of hurting someone else. If he runs into another Mako by mistake or vise versa he will spit ink in their direction and scurry away quickly. Maybe one day someone will be able to reach out to him, but the fear he has will never go away, its always in the back of his mind.

Reason for fear of other makos:
Ichor has no unreasonable fear- no innate sense that other makoatls will cause him harm. He has no reason to fear them- other than that he's seen what they are capable of. He knows he is in no danger- instead his fear is not in other makoatls themselves, but in becoming like them.

Growing up- he was always a step behind everyone else. Lurking in the shadows with his 'weird' hair- teased by the other young makos at the beach- Given every name in the book- "octopus boy' 'Cthulu' 'squidcakes'- his favorite. But he didn't take it to heart like some kids would. He laughed and joked about his own appearance with everyone else. No his fear didn't stem from how others treated he himself- instead he developed his fear when he was older. Perhaps not in appearance, but in age- for Ichor is an older little guy despite the way he looks.

Watching others of his kind hunt their prey with such violent behavior- merciless towards the things they destroy, hurt his heart. Where Ichor honored everything he ever ate- taking only what he needed and giving them the mercy of a quick end, He was appalled to see other makos playing with their food- taunting their prey and eating like gluttons. Though that hurt him and turned him away from his kind- it too, was only the first step to opening his eyes to see he just didn't feel like he belonged.

His main dislike of his species lies in their like of the land. He finds it unnatural that so many of his kind stick to the land. The young pups he used to play with-abandoning him alone in the ocean below the waves to pursue their dreams on the shore. Despite his insistance,reminders- that they belong in the dark ocean, frolicking in the waves and hiding in the reefs. He finds his kind turning their back on their instinct to be disturbing- and so he sticks to being friends with the creatures of the sea, where he too believes he belongs.

Reason for fear of other makos:
This one prefers deep water, but enjoys surfacing to let the sun warm their fur. They follow migrations of various sharks (from a safe distance) and pick up any scraps they find. Their hair often gets in the way and makes it difficult to hunt. Catching sea life in tidepools is the easiest for them.
They were resting after a day of traveling, belly full after finding a large crab and devouring all but the shell. They should have been more aware of their surroundings, but the island didn't seem to be full of activity. It wasn't long after they had been asleep when a sharp stabbing pain woke them up. It had been an accident for the larger Makoatl to step on one of their tendrils, but not an accident when they looked at Ringo like they were their next meal.
After being chased off the island and further into sea until the other Makoatl lost interest after getting a face full of ink they keep their visits on land very short. They hide from others whenever encountered or on land so a repeat never happens. Non territorial or nicer Makoatls do little to put them at ease. A smile only reveals sharp teeth that can tear them to pieces. Ringo can never shake off the image of the large Makoatl that chased them and still remains shaken up over it.

Reason for fear of other makos: He is afraid of other Makos due to his phobia called 'Casadastraphobia' a fear of falling up into the sky. Because of this he has an uneasy feeling about being around other makos. Worried they will try and tempt him from hiding places he keeps some distance from them. Because of his phobia he avoids other makos- as when he travels on land he has a rock tied to his tail. Making it difficult to flee and hide...it only makes his more anxious to get to his destination to hide again. With the rock and the fear of falling up- other makos could be a threat in a way...what if they took his rock and he fell upwards?? What if they somehow trick him and he falls into the sky?!
He wont take that risk! He'll stay away from them and stick to a roof over his head and a door between him and other makos...
