What is their greatest weakness??; Although Kai loves to surf, he's terrified of pools. He prefers natural water, and the chlorine in the water repels him. He especially doesn't like public pools, because of how much zinc from human's sunscreen is in them. One of the reasons he stays away is because of his degree in Chemistry.

What is their greatest weakness??; Taeshi's greatest weakness is himself. I don't mean that in the way that he can't stand himself or when it comes to him, he can't stand it-- rather, he doesn't know how to value himself. When others ask him about himself, be it simple like a "how are you?" or complex like "how do you feel about this?" he doesn't know how to answer. It often leaves him confused, as not only does he not know what he's feeling at any given moment, but the one thing he knows about himself is that it will change soon enough. He's a complex boy to understand-- he changes often, and it's usually when he discovers something about himself. See, Taeshi has a subconsious addiction to not knowing who he really is. He likes the emotion of being confused, and to him, there is no better confusion that not knowing one's self.

What is their greatest weakness??; Raina's greatest weakness is trees. She loves them in her own mind, and certainly finds them majestic. But when she was a mere pup, her mother was taken by a tree fall. After that, she has seen terrified of them for more than just that. She loves to be able to see the sky, and when she is near trees she feels like they are taking it away, trying to consume her. But, as like her childhood catastrophe, she is always afraid they will crash down on her.

⋙ Nirvelli has come from a very big family full of cousins and uncles he's never even met. He has two brothers and a sister, and he is the oldest of them all. His parents insist on him setting a good example so when he sneaks out in the middle of the night to go hang out at the beach with his buddies, you can imagine his parents annoyance.

ᴛʜᴇɪʀ ɢʀᴇᴀᴛᴇsᴛ ᴡᴇᴀᴋɴᴇss:
⋙ He has found himself capable of doing many things and loves to try new activities everyday, but never quite seems to finish them. Leaving things unfinished is by far his biggest weakness. He'll start working on building a surfboard only to get a piece of wood on his paw and never think about the surfboard again. How about the time when he sketched out a painting of the sunset view from the beach but then never got around to painting it? Unfortunately for him this flaw also applies itself to his schoolwork and the same excuse of "my dog ate my homework" doesn't seem to work anymore.

Name of Zver; Artemus
Artemus means 'of the moon' and I chose this because the moon is the reason for the push and pull of waves and therefore the reason they crash to the shores and recede back into the ocean.


Personality;

Artemis is extremely social! He loves making new friends and is easy to get along with seeing as how he is rarely ever angry. He is a fun-loving guy and honestly quite sweet. His beautiful fur causes him to stand out but he manages to blend in to the crowd at times. Artemis is not really confident in himself but comes off as so to others. Some of the top words to describe him would be innocent, clumsy, and creative. His innocence and sweetness of heart cause him to make great friends although he can be gullible at times. His clumsiness causes him to trip over his own four feet. His creativity is shown in his side job; he works at a surf shop. He creates beautiful surf boards and body boards and people come from all around to buy his gear. Overall, Artemis is trustworthy, dependable friend with a sensitive soul. He goes out of his way to avoid hurting someone's feelings and is a rather bright Zver. He won't let you know his opinion unless you ask, he's soft-spoken and not very opinionated in the first place. Through a challenge or a rough patch in life he is a loyal companion and will never leave your side. He has a genuine smile that could melt away your darkest troubles. Artemis is very talented at music, sports, stories and he is quite the comedian when someone needs a smile. He is well grounded and loves nature and all the creatures within it.

What is their greatest weakness??;

Artemis' greatest weakness is his lack of a backbone. When someone makes fun of a friend or acquaintance that he knows he can't manage to stand up for them in fear of hurting the one speaking wrongly. He always wants to make everyone happy and sometimes this can be a bad things. He follows orders easily, almost too easily at times and occasionally is accidently in trouble. He knows what is right but doesn't have the heart to tell anyone when they're wrong. His tender heart simply wants to make everyone happy even if it means sometimes not standing up for those he loves and cares for.

Short Story - Tsunami's First Surfing Lesson

"Are you sure you want to do this?" asked The Scientist. Tsunami was sure he had a name, but she always called him The Scientist.
Yes, she telepathized. I'm ready. Why do you even have to ask?
"I just wanted to make sure," The Scientist responded. "I know you hate getting your head wet."
I can deal with it, Tsunami replied silently, although in reality she was terrified, though she did her best not to show it. Together they walked down the beach, with The Scientist in swim shorts, which he looked really funny in. He was holding two surfboards, one large and normal, designed for humans, and the other shorter and wider, designed for a Zver.
"I think it's a good day for surfing," he said. "I think."
Have you ever even gone surfing before? Tsunami asked sceptically.
"Uh, yes," said The Scientist. "A couple of times. When I was a kid." Tsunami made a Zver's version of a groan.
You're hopeless. I hope you got a proper teacher. I doubt I'll learn anything from you.
"Well, er," The Scientist looked uncomfortable. "I was going to try to teach you myself. I don't think there's anyone else who would try to teach a Zver to surf." Tsunami made a weird sort of sigh, which was more of an annoyed grunt.
Oh well. Let's try it anyway. They headed into the water.

Tsunami was shaking. Partly from the cold, partly from the fear that she would fall and her head would go underwater. She had practised swimming before, but she had taken a good look at the surfboard and decided that although if she stood properly she wouldn't fall over, if she didn't stand properly and she did fall over, the board might push her underwater, head and all. She stood in the water, thinking, and finally decided she would do it. She clambered onto the surfboard, and, using her tail and her four paws, managed to stay upright. Then the board sunk into the water and landed on the sand.
"Whoops," The Scientist chuckled. "We have to get farther out before we can actually start surfing. Oh! Whoa. Yeah, that wind is great. We'll have some good waves." They waded out deeper into the water, and The Scientist began his lesson with a demonstration of how not to surf.
Good job falling off the surfboard, Tsunami snickered. The Scientist got up, blushing.
"Yeah, that's exactly how not to stand on a surfboard. Remember to not fall over, and watch out for the rocking of the board."
Got it. Let's continue.

They practised until Tsunami could stand on a surfboard without falling off, and then, once Tsunami got the hang of it they surfed the rest of the day.
I love this! she mentally yelled. Let's do it again tomorrow!
"Sure," agreed The Scientist, who was also getting the hang of surfing and liked it. Just then, something brushed up against Tsunami's leg. Tsunami made a sort of yell.
WHATISTHAT?! she cried.
"That?!" said The Scientist, surprised. "Oh, that. It's just a rather large moon jelly. They're harmless."
BUTIT'SSOCREEPY!! Tsunami was hyperventilating. Why is it so slimy and jelly-like?! Get it away from me!!
"Er," said The Scientist. He looked a bit confused, and wondered if there was a particular reason why Tsunami was so scared of the jellyfish. "Maybe we should go back."
YES!! Tsunami grabbed her surfboard in her mouth. THAT IS A GREAT IDEA!!
"Well then," said The Scientist with a twitch of a smile on his face. "Let's go." And they walked out of the surf onto the beach.
