Is their paint special ;; Meenah's paint is made of star dust, very old star dust. Her paint is filled with the power of the night, which she uses in the day. Meenah harvests the moon's and the stars power in this jelly star dust on her tail. Meenah is nocturnal, and can't be in the sun. So yes, her paint is special. Any paint that keeps someone from being burned by the Sun is pretty special!

hello yes I am here to announce the winner of this lovely rpw

I took a shower before this so I'll try to shorten this up so I don't give my computer an unnecessary shower of water curse long hair

anyway! just wanted to say the finished forms looked awesome, but no ru's will be given out for this rpw as not enough forms I felt were completed [and the judges agreed with this,]

nonetheless we really loved the forms, but one form stood out in particular! all five of us decided this was the winning form, so there's no contesting from our guest judges this time, so its pretty clear that the winner of this lovely rpw is indeed S t a r. !

I'm a sucker for simple, short names, so this kinda immediately grabbed me, as well, and I enjoyed the idea for the paint. I'm pretty sure all the judges did. <33

[Quiet - Anti-social - Curious - Observant]

Observant -- Jace is a very, stay out of the way, boy. He doesn't get involved with much he just, watches, learns and tries to understand people. He likes to watch them and learn there feelings by looking at their eyes, his father told him that the eyes are the windows into the soul and he has always followed that premonition.

Quiet -- Jace doesn't talk, no anyone. Not a word from his mouth comes out, the only people he'll ever talk to is his family never to anyone else he sees or meets even though he is quite a friendly person when you approach him. He keeps his thoughts, feelings, and world to himself. He feels like if he were to say something it'd come out wrong even though people for YEARS have been trying to get him to say something and someone almost did but in the end failed.

Anti-social -- This boy would rather hide under his covers with his door locked watching batman then hang out with his "friends". He doesn't really have friends, just people who have invited him to hang out with them since he seemed like such a loner all the time though he didn't mind being alone and much rather sit in a safe quiet spot then where the people he hangs out with sit, in the noisy areas of the world.

Curious -- Jace is curious about everything, and I mean everything. He has to touch everything, look at everything, and dig around for a while to finally be satisfied with something, he used to spend all day at the park looking at every tree, digging around every rock and tunneling though every bush, when he was littler. Now he just does it when no one is looking, it is severely hard to curb his tendency, he likes to be nosy about people lunches or what their hiding in their bag. Though he is getting better at it.

Is their paint special ;;
-- When placed on the muzzle of another RPW, it immediately calms them down or heals minor cuts or scratches.

while you've stated a congratulations your post is a bit guilt tripping in the manner of stating disappointment and such, and a few members have agreed that we feel it is so, and in any of my adopts I'd like to support positivity and optimism, especially after a winner has been announced! so I will just please ask that you do not do this in any of my adoptions, or any other adoptions for rpws in the future. as, also, in the future, if anyone is to ever look at the said adopt, it might come off bad and negative: which wouldn't be good if you're trying out for another rpw and they see that not necessarily positive comment on something.

raven has it in the rules that if anyone should say anything after a competition, it should only be something positive or a congratulations to the winner, and as staff I will follow through with this rule as with any other staff should: I'm not really strict and won't bring it up with anyone but I'd like to just throw a caution in the wind about this, but if you have a question/comment/concern I will be more than happy to have a friendly discussion through pm and we can talk about it. <33
