I would like to start off by saying thank you to all who entered. You all did fantastically, but I can only choose one winner. I wish you all the best of luck in the future competitions! Now on to business...

I would like to give honorable mentions to Tea. for having gotten so close to being exactly what I was looking for and for the name chosen(I could see her having the prefix Squirrel), Canadian Blast for the effort and detail they put into their form, and cupcake frosting for the effort and time they up into their form. Your forms were awesome and maybe if I'd gotten more forms there would have been a RU for one or two of you.

Emberpaw (Emberfall)


She-cat

Emberpaw is a determined she-cat with a fiery passion, that at times seems unstoppable! This however is not true, despite her wild side and reckless attitude she does have a secret soft side which she rarely likes to show. Emberpaw is a flirtatious feisty little she-cat, she however also has a sharp temper and can easily snap. She likes to flirt with males, actually, she loves it, and loves getting attention from it to. She’s a fighter at heart and never backs down from a challenge, its part of her nature. Also stubborn is an understatement, when she starts something she always finishes it. Emberpaw can be very reckless and daring, but only when it comes to fighting, she tends to go overboard. She’s a bit rash and often jumps to conclusions, basically, she doesn’t look before she leaps. Deep down Emberpaw is very kindhearted, benevolent and affectionate, she couldn’t be more playful and gentle on in the inside. When she is alone she is allowed to express herself to her hearts content. Light, delicate, just like a small ember, she is indeed fragile, though she loves the thrill of combat. She has a soft spot for kits and a high respect for elders, but other then that your early have to earn her trust. Overall despite the fire in her heart she can be very sweet.

Emberpaw and Spiderpaw's relationship is interesting to say the least. She honestly kind of seems to hate him! He's never the centre of attention, never tries to get in her way and never gives her a challenge. He's humble, quiet and always encouraging her on. He's not ambitious and doesn't appear to have any goals with his life and that bothers her to death. She hates how he's so ordinary and plain, not trying to prove himself, or show he came be better then what he already is. Unlike her who always does that. They balance each other out. Emberpaw does however like him, but refuses to admit that she does, covering it up by always trying to push him and get him to crack. He never does though and she has to admit she's a bit jealous of his level-headedness. Everyone seems to love and appreciate his kinds words and often times she wishes she could be loved like that. But her stranger personality puts her into an awkward situation for it. Overall, she does appear to hate him, but deep down really does admire and like him, her jealousy just gets in the way of admitting it to him, though she is pretty such he already knows this.

Emberpaw lifted her head to spot Sunnyside, her rather handsome mentor, she let out a small purr, "Hey good looking." She chuckled trotting over to his side, "Hey sweet flower." He purred back just as playful, "What's the plan for today?" Emberpaw questioned getting right down into business, Sunnyside rolled his eyes lightly, "Hunting? Fighting? Patrolling even?" She questioned further, not really giving him much of a chance to say anything, "Hey hot shot calm down." He mused, "We are going to start on some hunting techniques, so pay attention alright?" he asked, but how could she?

She wanted to spar, to fight; she needed that rush of energy flowing through her… honestly, hunting could be boring without a good tussle. "Yea yea." Emberpaw muttered lightly, she blinked spotting Spiderpaw as they headed towards the entrance which caused her to scowl, she flicked her tail at the side of his face as they trotted by before holding her head high and bounding off so she wouldn't have to explain herself.

Sunnyside raised a brow lightly and thought about it some more before smiling a bit and rushed off towards her. "Sooooo what was that about?" he asked. "Nothing." Emberpaw stated lightly, "It had to be something, you wouldn't just leave a guy baffled without having a reason." Sunnyside said.

Emberpaw frowned, "I doubt he was baffled… he barely reacts to anything I do." She huffed a little more angry about it, Sunnyside made a noise that implied he didn't believe her in the slightest… which he didn't. "It's nothing alright! Can we just get to the mouse-dung hunting lessons?" She hissed, before her eyes widened and she looked away, though she didn't apologize. It wasn't in her nature to apologize for things she said, but she really did regret yelling at her mentor.

"Emberpaw." Sunnyside started more softly much to her surprise, "You kind of like him don't you?" He said flicking his tail back and forth smiling at her, Emberpaw felt her ears heat up again and she shoved her paw in his face, "I do not. I absolutely do not! He's so annoying! His mouse-dung smile, his irritating calmness, his… his eyes…" She muttered turning away, Sunnyside nodded, he knew a crush when he saw it.

"Let's get to hunting then alright?" he asked, Emberpaw looked up at him and nodded her head, "Alright." she agreed, "First one to catch a mouse doesn't have to help with the cleaning the elder's nest!" He yelped and took off into the forest towards the hunting grounds, Emberpaw blinked, sometimes she couldn't tell between the two of them who was the apprentice. She chuckled softly and ran after him, "Your on!" She smirked and dashed off after her mentor.

Emberpaw was given the name Ember when she was kit simply for the colour of her pelt and the spark of personality she had. Into the future her warrior name will be Emberfall. Ember for her pelt and personality and fall because she had been found in Leaf-Fall, and sometimes when she leaps through the air she almost looks like a falling ember which is another reason for her name. Any cat who has ever witnessed a fire, or even a small one would know what this looks like and Emberfall could slightly remind them of such.

Emberpaw currently has no family relations, she was born outside of the clan, taken in as a kit she really has no idea who her real family is. Though Sunnyside is like a father to her, or even an older brother, she really lacks a motherly figure in her life. Probably another reason she is really envious of Spiderpaw. Though she lacks family, she does respect the clan and would do anything for her clan-mates.
