He is a Silver Smokey Black Frosted Blanket Appaloosa with a Frosted Face
His eyes are bi colored Gold and Mint Green
He has a coronet and a sock on his F & H Left legs
He would probably be a rare
And that halter is just there because it's on the base image so I can't remove it, it's not an accessory for the actual (if it happens)
He has mane, tail, forelock, and flare edits, his flares are very long and drag/act as an extended mane, and his tail is a cropped and wavy tail <3
The whole theme is like a wind blown look and I've really been craving appy designs lately :3 I also wanted it to seem like a heavier look with the extra hair lol

though this species won't be in my ownership much longer, one of my requests to my successor is that any horses from the old adopt that have breedings left should be able to be used for breeding

we never really got around tot shows for these guys and I'm not sure if they ever will happen in the future
