accessory;; Rift isn't big on accessories, but she does have one that she can't be without. This isn't so much of an accessory than a cherished possession. Rift always carries around a pendent she bought from a traveling vendor. The pendent is always wrapped around her tail, right by the spade.
Why the pendent?
Well Rift left home at the age of 17, wanting to travel on her own and see the world. A year and a half passed and Rift was happy, but not as happy as she thought she would be. One evening, the sun was setting and Rift was about 5 miles from the nearest town, exhausted. As Rift was trudging along, she didn't notice a traveling sales cart making it's way towards her. Perking up, Rift trotted towards the cart. After exchanging a few words with the vendor, she looked at his wares. Rift's eyes automatically snapped to a silver pendent with an eye in the middle. Without a second thought, she bought the lovely item for a low price and continued on her way.
Ever since the evening she came across the cart, she had grow steadily happier. Things seemed to take a turn for the better after that day, and as a reminder, Rift always holds on to the pendent. It's a reminder that even if things seem bleak, they'll always get better. This is Rift's one and only accessory, and it will always be.
