Learning to skate? It all depends on the time of day! Inkblot would politely decline an offer for an ice-skating lesson during high noon on a sunny winter day. The ice and snow would reflect too much light and hurt his sensitive eyes. Ask him after the sun has set however, and Ink would happily slide around on a frozen pond while the moon casts its gentle light. Cold winter nights are when he feels the most alive because of the crisp air and clear skies. He loves to try new things, and doesn't mind how foolish he looks as long as everyone has fun.
Warm up nourishment: For Inkblot to finally give in and retire from a snowy adventure, he has to be pretty dang cold. His warm-up routine is to get cozy in a blanket by the fire while letting some steamy hazelnut cappuccino seep some warmth into his bones. While he relaxes in his cozy blanket, there are gingerbread cookies baking that will be ready for him after his cappuccino is all gone. Sounds like heaven to me!
Quip query: Dapple rose gray is one of my favorite coats, so I think that he should have very minimal quipping to avoid covering too much of it. I'm thinking black quipping that's pretty thick and textured-looking (not just one solid thickness) on his face, legs, and tail. You could take inspiration from his name!

Learning to skate? Notori likes to think he is a natural pro at ice skating. So- learning how would, to him, be a piece of cake and he would take up lessons in a heart beat. Everyone else, however, would not agree with him at all. Notori doesn't seem to notice how badly his hooves slip and scrape across the ice and, more often than not, he ends up head-first in a snowbank on the edge of the pond. Not that much of a big deal, if only he didn't knock over every other equid in his path.
Warm up nourishment: There's nothing like a classic chug of hot chocolate and marshmallows to warm up someone after a day of training for those Winter Olympics.
Quip query: He would look particularly good with minimal drip quip down his neck and picking up again for a few strands over his hindquarters. It would be a very light, off-white color that fades the longer it goes down his coat.

Learning to skate? Griffin is unsure of what to think about ice skating, sure it sounds fun and different to him, but getting on water that's frozen? He knows that the frozen water has to be cold and doesn't what to fall in it or embarrass himself.
Warm up nourishment: Some nice and warm hot chocolate with marshmallows and peppermint.
Quip query: Some dark filled in quipping that contrast to his base coat color or simple neck quipping that contrast to his base color.

Learning to skate? Cyrus is not a big fan of ice skating.. He always ends up with a bruised rump at the end of the day. He thinks its not easy with 4 legs.
Warm up nourishment: After a long day of icey play, Cyrus like to cuddle up with some old fashioned hot tea. It makes him relaxed and warm.
Quip query: It would be pretty cool if he has drip quip that looks like icicles. More quipping around the eyes and back.

Learning to skate? He would be way too scared to actually get on the ice, but would try to act cool and come up with excuses for why he couldn't go skating that day. Instead, he likes to watch his friends skate around and have fun while he socializes with others and maybe flirts with a few mares
Warm up nourishment: Tomato soup! It's so yummy on a cold winter day, perfect for warming up after fun in the snow.
Quip query: It would look cool if it like looked like snow had lightly fallen on his coat or something, or maybe just a fading quip, haha I'm not very imaginative

Learning to skate? Truthfully, Aleksei isn't against learning. He's hesitant to try, I mean, four spindly-legs on treacherous slippery ice doesn't exactly mix but... yeah, he's willing to give it a try! But if he falls and gets injured, he'll probably quit on the spot then and there. Aleksei is more of a perfectionist, and if he can't get it right the first time, then he won't bother with it ever again.
Warm up nourishment: So this might sound a little bizarre, but he loves to eat jalapeno peppers to warm himself up. They're spicy, and pack the perfect punch of heat that quickly warm him up after a day in the snow. If that won't do the trick, he'll take a nibble of a serrano, and that will send him soaring into the high temperatures found in the desert... plus racing to find a glass of water.
Quip query: For a dapple rose gray, I'd love to see some thin drip-quip, preferably in a darker shade of his base coat. I'd love to see the drip going along his entire top half, stopping just above his chest/stomach area.

Learning to skate? Well as most would call it ice skating Hadyn's form of fun wouldn't really be considered what most think of. Though he does technically 'skate' across the frozen water it looks more like a fast form of surfing. You see, once he discovered ice, he thought up a fun game of speeding towards it, locking his legs and gliding as fast as he can to the other side. As of yet he hasn't perfected the side slide into barrel roll though the snow, but he's very very close!
Warm up nourishment: A hot bowl of oatmeal is absolutely what Hadyn goes for. Oats are natural, mixed with sweet fruits (he prefers peaches.) And it doesn't have to end there, he loves ground flax seed and a sprinkle of some almonds or walnuts on top for added nutrition and texture. All of it together creates a tremendous source of healthy fuel to move him through his cold adventures!

Learning to skate? Ru is a bit nervous doing new things, but once he tries them he normally has a lot of fun even if he is bad at it. So, learning to ice skate would be no different. He would of course be self-conscious as he tried and then failed. But he would soon have fun even if he fell on his face like 20 times.
Warm up nourishment: Basically he warms up with a blanket and some nice hot cocoa with marshmallows and a candy cane. It's his favorite.
Quip query: Minimal drip quip probably, as to not cover up his pretty coat <3
