My laptops monitor is always pretty dark, so I can read everything perfectly.
It may be hard to read for you though, as the brown I used for most of the text is very bright!

The first thing someone wants to know about someone else is the name. I'm sure we all feel that way.
This beauty has a name, naturally. Chosen by the care of her mother just like all of us. And she, she goes by the name Melissa Lynn.

If you haven't noticed it by now, dear Melissa is a girl. So in other words, her gender is female. I think it was pretty obvious by now though, so let's not dwell on this further. Let's get to the more juicy parts.

Oh? I heard you want to know some small infos about her? Well, if you'd like. I won't keep them from you.

-Nickname;; Melissa is not really a fan of nicknames, at least her "serious" part. She prefers it, if you just call her Melissa. Though her real bubbly nature loves nicknames, as she finds them cute! Her favorite is Lyssa then. But there are oh so many nicknames you can call her, like Lissy/Lissie ,Missy, Mellie and many more. But her favorite is still Lyssa.
Name Meaning & Origin;; Let's only take on the meaning of the name Melissa.
Melissa is a girl's name of Greek origin, and the meaning of Melissa is "bee; honey" or "honey bee". Mythology: the name of a princess of Crete who was changed into a bee after she learned how to collect honey. The name was used since ancient Greece. This was also the name of a nymph that cared for young Zeus in Greek mythology.
Age;; If you count in human years, Melissa would be 17.
Birthday;; February 14th. She is born exactly on Valentine's. Melissa finds it sweet that she was born on such a lovely day.
Zodiac;; Aquarius ♒
Orientation;; Melissa is very much straight, though she does not really show any interest in getting a relationship at the moment. She rather reads stories of other peoples romances, instead of worrying of her own love life.

I'm sure you want to know what Melissa's personality is like.

Melissa is a calm, collected and very cool girl. She is very levelheaded and always thinks everything through, keeping her cool in every situation. She's almost unflappable, there is nothing known to shake her.
Melissa works hard in everything she does, aways striving to be perfect and a role model, that every person can look up to. She is serious and practical. There is no time for dreams in her opinion. You have to see the facts and work hard for everything you want. She is always working, learning. Melissa is also good at almost any activities. She also keeps healthy. Everyone sees her as perfect, a natural beauty. A lot off individuals look up to her, wanting to be just like her, as she is just so cool.

But this all is just what you and they think!

In reality, she is not really like that. Not all that is. You can say that she is the girliest a girl can be. Melissa has a soft spot for many things. Sweets, everything that sparkling and shines, fluffy, cute and frilly things. And so many things more. All these things make her gush and sparkly-eyed and feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Melissa loves to dream. She is quite the dreamer and she also has a knack for all things romantic. One could call her a hopeless romantic. When it comes to her hobbies, no one can stop her. She especially loves to eat sweet things all day.
When she sees something she loves like that, ... can overreact quite a bit. No one can stop her when she enters her dreamy phase.
Melissa is pretty quirky and quite clumsy actually. She gets often into problems, tripping over her own feet even!
She is really just a sweet and cute girl.

But of course no one can know! She has to maintain the image of the calm and cool girl. There is a fear inside her, deeply routed in her innermost self. Melissa always was very passionate and outgoing. She just wanted to get along with everyone. One would describe her as a happy go lucky person that was nice sweet and very understanding.
When she was younger, she got often teased by the boys for being overly girly and always so dramatic about the things she loved. Some girls where also talking behind her back, calling her fake, because she tried to be friends with everyone. As they got older, girls started to accuse her of overreacting and acting as exaggeratedly cute. They said she just wanted to grab the attention to herself and make everyone love her and that she was acting like that just because of the boys, trying to deceive them with her fake charming attitude.. It wasn't like that though. She was always very honest. It was just that she couldn't help herself.
Melissa felt very alone at that time. So she tried to be someone else. She wanted to be cool and looked upon, loved by everyone. And so she began to build that facade. It worked so well, that she just couldn't bring herself to be like before. She refused to be herself in front of others. The downside of being loved by all these unknown faces is that she lost the close friends she had before. When she started to build the walls, she even did so before her real friends. She was paranoid that they also thought badly about her, but she should've known better. Just like that, she pushed them away. Which just makes her lonely again. Truly so, because she wasn't really before.
But she is blended by the need to be loved by everyone.

So now, she always tries her best to restrain herself in public. It's quite hard, as she still tends to gush about everything she loves so much, but she didn't get caught yet. She also encountered many close calls though. Of course some parts of her facade are real as well. She can be calm and all things like that. Both parts of her, are in one way the real Melissa. It's just that she divided her personality into two parts. The one she shows and the one she doesn't. And because she so clearly divides these parts most of the time, she comes off as two different persons entirely. This is what is making her more passionate side seem so extreme. The contrast is just too much.
It's quite troublesome. The worst part of it all is, because she is known as untouchable and someone you can not come close to easy if at all, that she does not really have any friends. She is loved by everyone, sure, but close friends are something out of reach for her.

But maybe someday she'll be able to overcome her inner demons and just be herself altogether. That's probably what she wants the most.

-Melissa loves sweets. Especially cakes, pudding, muffins and biscuits. Her favorite type of biscuit though, was always and still is the Caramel shortbread.
It's known by many names. Such as Caramel shortcake, Caramel squares, Caramel slice, Millionaires' shortbread and Millionaires' slice.
One cannot describe just how much she loves that stuff! She can't even describe it herself.
It just tastes so perfect.

There is at least one more thing Melissa wants you to know. The favorite subject to paint.
The thing Melissa loves to paint the most are flowers. She loves flowers so much. They make her happy with all their different kinds of vibrant colors. Her favorite flower she draws is the flower that is her birthflower: the Violet/Iris.
It's a beautiful flower and her all favorite one. This flower fits her perfectly, it's her birthflower, it has a color like her paint and favorite color.
It's like they belong together.
That is why it's also her favorite subject to paint. It's like a completed puzzle.
