Leizu is a very curious and intelligent young kit who loves to ask
questions about anything and everything, often to the point of
driving grownups a bit buggy. It doesn't help that she absolutely
loves to play the 'why' game. What is the why game? Well, it's
where no matter what the other person says, Leizu is ready and
waiting with a nice big 'why'. Needless to say, this eventually
deteriorates into something along the lines of:
"Why?" "Because." "Why?" "Because!" "Why?" "BECAUSE!"
At which point Leizu collapses into a fit of giggles.

She is also quite fond of animals - always dragging some sort of
critter home and begging her stepbrother, Michael, to let her keep it.

I hope that it's alright that I did a personality story c:

Pabu groggily pushed himself up from the haze of sleep and blinked at the leaf canopy around him. He squinted against the sun until a familiar shadow reared in front of him. He laughed as his imaginary dragon friend, Huǒ (the name of "fire" in Chinese) blew warm breath into his face. A solitary little kit Pabu didn't remember his parents but Huǒ had always been with him and he was always just enough company. Squealing in joy as he scampered down the tree he landed at the bottom with a thump. He couldn't wait until his wings got big enough to carry him with, then he might finally win in a race against Huǒ. Living alone in the wilderness he didn't see many other people and was shy around outsiders. Running through his forest Pabu came upon a small berry bush and shared his breakfast with Huǒ. Now it was time to play. Pabu scampered up and down trees, jumping from one to the next in a race against Huǒ to get to the bamboo patch first. He was almost certain that Huǒ let him win, but he didn't mind. He would get back at him for it by really beating him when he could fly, he thought with a sly grin.
