name meaning: The names were chosen more or less at random.
personality: Slek is a bit of a quiet guy. After all, he's illiterate and isn't that great at speaking at all. He can write his name and recognize those letters, but that's it. This doesn't mean he's not smart. Not at all. He's just smart in different areas from everyone else. He's very logical and strategical. He is the Crow of Barber, the best thief around. It's not a lie when I say that people hire him to steal things for them. He's very successful in the underground and while he's far from rich, he can get by. All the same, though, he prefers his little home on the streets to a real place to stay. Slek is very much a leader and watches the people on the streets. A lot of his hard-earned money is distributed among the other people around him, to which many people owe their lives for. He's not that nice of a character. Very few people like him for who he is and more for what he gives, and he's okay with that. He doesn't need to be liked to be happy.
about barber: (the paragraph about his homeland) Slek's homeland is Mosca, a country you wouldn't know about. He loves it very much, even though he hasn't seen much of it. In fact, Slek's really only familiar with his hometown, Barber. Barber generally has very fair whether. Winters never get too cold and summers never get too hot. They usually don't have snow (the last time they did was over ten years ago), but it rains a lot. Most people there don't complain, though. Generally people like the rain there. The culture is fairly unique. Almost everyone drinks, but smoking and other drugs are frowned upon. It's a good amount of postive peer pressure and they rarely have drug related crimes. However, it's difficult to get jobs, thus there's a large amount of homelessness and poverty. Mosca is one of the happiest country's, though, due to people realizing that money isn't needed to be happy. Money is generally not talked of in public and it something really only spoken of between heads of houses. It's considered rude to bring it up in public. People generally are fairly unfriendly to people they don't know. It's not that they're rude, they just don't speak to one another unless introduced by other friends. They are kind to those they know, though. The giving of gifts (with the exception of holidays) is considered a great honor that must be returned by a bigger and more expensive gift. This sort of contest will go on until a piece of livestock must be given to repay the price. When that happens, whoever gave it technically 'wins' and the people can now exchange gifts freely without requiring being repaid. People care a lot about their children, but orphan rates are high since work in Mosca is dangerous. Slek was one of those unfortunate souls whose parents died in the mines. He got along fine, though.
You were...the only person who finished. But i loved the form regardless! Take good care of him! c:
